Tudi did my furnace a few years ago & my a/c last month & they are wonderful! From the estimate to the installation they are truly the best @ all that they do! I would definitely recommend them!
Our 25+year old AC and furnace units quit working last week. We contacted TUDI Mechanical Service to see if it was repairable. They gave us information on several options for repair and for a new system. Within in days we had an appointment with a sales rep (Mr. August Wagner) who presented us with facts, options and no pressure to purchase! We decided the best option for us was to replace our AC and Heating units. Within a week we had an appointment for the installation. Russ and Cody arrived at 7:30 am and began to remove our old system. Buy 2:30 we had a new heating and AC system up and running. We were impressed with Russ and Cody's knowledge, professionalism and kindness! Simply top notch. If you are having HVAC issues, we recommend that you call TUDI Mechanical. From your first phone call to installation, they are simply the BEST.
Called for service at 8am Monday morning and a repairman was at my place in less than an hour. Robert was excellent and fixed the problem quickly. Great work by Tudi.
On a recent frosty Friday, when our boiler started raining water onto the basement floor, I placed a call to Tudi. We have been customers for several years. Scheduling staff were helpful and kind. Robert arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. Parts were ordered and a few days later, Robert returned to complete the repair. What could have been a stressful experience, became a supportive experience. A giant thank you to Robert and the entire Tudi team!
The technician (Cory/Cody?) arrived on time, communicate and was professional. He was able to quickly solve our plumbing issue.
The technicians were very professional. They went over and above what I would have expected. They were diligent workers, very clean. Actually left my house cleaner than when they came. Made sure I was knowledgeable about my new thermostat and furnace before they left. Would totally recommend them. Thank you TUDI
Tudi did a great job with the installation of a garage heater. They verified placement of the heater during installation and positioned the thermostat in a perfect location. The routing of gas lines and electrical are neat and well done. They confirmed operating of the heater upon completion. I will call Tudi again for service. Thanks!
My wife left a 1 star review regarding our last difficulty with Tudi and now they are demanding she take her review down before they’ll schedule a service call. So they have decided to blackmail us. Instead of arguing with them and succumbing to blackmail I will describe our situation. Our system, purchased through Tudi and Costco, is about 5 years old In Nov. almost since day 1 the Lennox system we purchased through Tudi has been a lemon. We didn’t buy the cheapest hvac system. We bought the bells and whistles. Every. Single. Time. We need service on this lemon Lennox system Tudi is impossible to schedule with. The guy trying to blackmail me regarding my wife’s review today started ranting about weekend appointments. Today is Tuesday. My first call to try and get an appointment started last Thursday. Last time I checked neither Tuesday nor Thursday are weekend days. So I’m not sure why he’s losing his s—t over weekends right now. So thanks Tudi, my toddler is cold and miserable and I’m discussing your service with Lennox and Costco. If you want better reviews then here’s some advice: actually do your job!! You’re not really winning us over with the blackmail and insults.
Update: our heat isn’t working! What a shocker. A almost new system, we call Tudi to make an appt and they won’t schedule us and told us to call next month. F-CL you Tudi. I will tell everyone I’ve ever met that you’re garbage. Garbage systems and garbage service. Our system is 3.5 years old and it keeps braking down. We bought a top of the line system with variable motors and replaced the furnace and a/c and every single year when it’s time to switch to cooling or heating the system won’t work at all. 14k spent on a system that is constantly breaking down. Abs when I called this weekend to get emergency service because my child is sick and can’t sleep from the heat some d-ck named Josh let me know they’re only helping customers who pay for some special plan and we can’t sign up for their special plan until Monday. So they have times available to help but won’t. And can I speak to a manager? No. Can I speak to someone else? No. Call back on Monday.
As usual, TUDI has sent professional, courteous, and knowledgeable staff to repair and service my furnaces. One very old and one newer system that they keep happily running.
Couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Called to schedule servicing for my mini-split and was able to get someone out within days. They were on time and friendly. Fixed the issue and gave us tips for maintaining the mini-split in the future. Refreshing to get such great service. Would definitely use again.
I scheduled an estimate with Tudi last week for a new furnace/AC and ductless cooling. The technician did a walkthrough looking at my current furnace and AC. He said I would have an estimate emailed to me the next day. Today is a week since the appointment. I still did not receive an estimate. I have found another company since the technician with Tudi did not follow through. I found this to be extremely unprofessional.
Overall the work completed was great! Completed in a timely manner & the price was fair! My refund was issued by check. Thank you Tudi!
Your boy needs to cool his jets. I go from nothing to having a white van up my... IDk how he did not rear end me at the stop sign. Continued through the stop. Hugging my bumper through a right hand turn.Then he takes off doing 70 in a 35. I know. That what the police monitor showed. It's not hard to figure out who you are when you're in a company vehicle.
Thank you TUDI for your speedy service repairing our air conditioning system in record time. A service request call late Monday, service visit Tuesday, located our needed part and installed and fixed the next day! Thank you for keeping us cool! You are the best!
EDIT: 2022/07/07 TUDI came back to my home and put things back to the way they were, using a new thermostat. A day after they left I went ahead and put my old unit back on my wall and things are still working as they were prior to TUDI coming to my home. While I appreciate their feedback on the unit I had being problematic, I do not accept that answer. However, I do accept and respect they came back to correct the issues caused during my repair. That said, I stand by my story and experiences listed below, and I would raise their rating from 1 star 3 stars. Original Post: 2022/06/28 Worst Service. My AC unit would not start, I called Tudi explaining it was R20/R22 Freon unit, and the issue of the AC unit not starting. At this point in time I had power to my furnace and the ability to power my fan, just not cool the house due to AC unit not working. They stated they had Freon to fill and would service my equipment. Tech arrived on time, friendly, seemed knowledgeable. However, during this "troubleshooting", the tech caused an issue with the power line from my thermostat to the furnace, leaving me unable to power my fan. Tech stated it was due to my Nest, that he's seen this before and that I simply needed a new thermostat. They stated my AC unit was indeed broken, unrepairable, but now they left with me a no working furnace and fan. I bought a new thermostat, charged it, hooked it up and.... power issue again, same as before. The tech broke something inside my house and furnace and they wont come back to fix it. Unable to get Tudi to come back to home and repair free of charge, I am forced to leave feedback online, and consider pursuing legal action pending the review and work of a reputable company. Stay away from Tudi. Even in a bind, skip this place. They are not worth your money or time.
Amen, it's finally fixed! Josh with Tudi did an awesome job fixing a Lennox AC system that was very loud and started frequently. He was the third technician to look into the problem since it was installed last year. Nate with Tudi was professional and patient. Noise problems appear to be from installation, but Tudi was dedicated to finding the problems and keeping Lennox involved.
Tudi was efficient and curtious. The service was quick and the technician Josh explained each step prior to performing the task. I was very pleased and would contact them again in the future!
Bill is the technician who came out to service the air conditioner. After a thorough examination of the exterior AC unit and pressure testing the system he was not satisfied with the readings. Bill went to the attic to detect ductwork airflow have been improperly installed by a previous provider. Without Bills knowledge and understanding of the situation this problem wouldl continue to remain unsolved. Therefore I highly recommend Tudi heating and air conditioning services.
