I had such a wonderful experience with Sicilia Heating & Cooling. Austin was our technician for our diagnostic visit. He came out to my house within 48 hours to tell me what was wrong with my furnace. Austin went above & beyond to assist me with navigating my home warranty company. Austin was patient with me and answering all my questions! Austin, and Matt, came out within a week of diagnosing my furnace to perform a replacement service. Austin & Matt did an awesome job with the installation of my furnace. They both reviewed with me in depth with me my new furnace and warranty. I highly recommend Sicilia Heating & Cooling!
Fast, efficient, reasonably priced, professional and friendly. I could not have been happier. My AC broke on a 90 degree day with 90 pecent humidity. Austin had it back up and running same day. I was astounded at how quickly and efficiently they opened up the unit. Found and replaced the broken parts, reassembled the unit and had it running!

Tech told me he was calling my tenant. Never called, never showed up. Left a message, no answer but had no problem collecting the warranty deductible. Unreliable.
I have had Sicilia service my HVAC in three occasions, twice for preventative maintenance and once for malfunction service. Every time they were responsive, courteous , and fair.
We were assigned Sicilia Refrigeration to repair our AC unit through our home warranty. They were very responsive and contacted us promptly after the request was submitted. They were flexible with scheduling and arrived as soon as possible and adjusted around my schedule. Matt came to repair our AC system and was kind, informative, and answered all my questions. He was able to repair our AC quickly and also gave some recommendations on how to care for our AC system. Could not be happier with the experience and will be using for our future heating and cooling needs.
We were told we had to use this company from our home warranty company Cinch. From the moment i opened my door I had a bad feeling. They were unprofessional didn’t even put boot covers on their feet just walked on my carpet with their dirty boots. They looked at my furnace system took out the filter didn’t put it back told me I need a new one. went to the ac came in said it’s working. I then began asking about the refrigerant no longer being made no answer. I asked about the fact I paid $161 to another company to put 1lb of refrigerant in my system and was told that it was leaking. This unprofessional company told me well when it stops working and they have to come back then they’ll diagnose it and fix it! Seriously I could do better watching a youtube video. Ripoff, unprofessional. liars and untrustworthy are the descriptive words that best fit this company.
In short, this company is completely unreliable, untrustworthy, and unprofessional. Please consider other HVAC companies before settling on this one. They came out to try and fix our air but were not successful. After 4-5 attempts to call and try to get them back out here, they finally made another appointment with us and did not show. They also did not answer our call when asking where they were.
I have a home warranty. They sent out Sicilia Refrigeration, and I'm glad they did. When other HVAC companies wouldn't even return my calls, Sicilia made time to come out to my house the next morning, diagnose the problem quickly, reach out to the home warranty company and get me scheduled for a heating system replacement right away. Austin and Matt were very professional. I was pleased to see that they had taken the time to cover my carpets and perform a full clean-up when they were finished. All of the work was performed in a matter of hours including necessary modifications for the new furnace. They were very respectful of my time as I work from home, and I appreciated that. I would definitely use them again.
We had a fantastic experience with Sicilia Refrigeration! Showed up to our house after vacation with no A/C leading into the hottest week of the year. They called us back late Sunday and were to our house and had the A/C back and running before noon the next day. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
From the moment I spoke to Jeff, and the same day Jack arrived at my home, I knew these were the people I wanted to do the work I needed. Some may take Jeff's honesty about pricing on what needs done as rude, it is not, many people think or are lead to believe their job should not cost as much as it will. Jeff told me exactly what I already knew, gave me a fair price and the job was done three days later including a weekend and custom parts needed. Jack and Austin were friendly and awesome in performing the work quickly, and efficiently. I will definitely use them again in the future and would reccomend them to everyone!
We initially had some issues with the new furnace that was installed. However, Austin went above and beyond to make a not so great experience better. He took ownership in the work, gave his word, and went above and beyond to help. Based on my experience with him I would recommend this company to anyone.

Furnace broke in the middle of 30 degree week. They worked hard to coordinate with the warranty company and the supplier to get us a new furnace as soon as possible. Installed quickly, pleasure to work with the whole time.
My AC was not pushing very cold air. I gave these guys a call and they were out that afternoon and recharged my unit at a very reasonable price. While the technician (Austin)was there he checked my furnace over before the winter cold set in. Very happy with my experience.
Words cannot describe how horrible this company is. We were referred to them through our home warranty and they are utterly unprofessional and disorganized. They broke our Air Conditioner and refused to come back to fix it and never returned the deposit they were given for the work. Owner hangs up on me and never returns my call, I don't even know how this is still a business.
I have had a horrible experience with this company. They have been out 3+ times and my AC is still not fixed. They have taken weeks to complete the work. They continually have forgotten parts and been unprepared to do the work. Jeff the owner is rude and unprofessional. They are very disorganized. They also left a huge, disgusting mess in my basement where the bulk of the work was performed. Do not use this company for any repair needs
This company is disorganized and will rip you off. The job performed does not match the cost charged. They said the job would cost one thing and then charged double...what a rip off! We gave them the opportunity to make it right and unfortunately they did not do the right thing. You will be happier if you choose a differnent company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
