Came out and resolved my Hvac issue in a timely manner. Highly recommend.
This March, we decided to replace our 30+ year old oil furnace and AC compressor before they became a problem. We were ready to switch to propane, too. Lanco was one of the few local companies who returned my call, let alone showed up to provide an estimate. Andy listened to my thoughts, gave good feedback, and delivered an estimate the same day. This included burying a 500 gallon tank on my property which Lanco also managed with a trusted excavation partner. Together, Andy and Josh spent 4 days carefully removing our old HVAC and replacing it with modern equipment. It was not a trivial job. To even the casual observer, their attention to detail and installation quality is second to none. Needless to say, I recommend Lanco and I’ll gladly support this small business in the future.
Followup 5/5/2021 - Josh reached out to us and apologized for allowing this to happen. He listened to our concerns and responded to the situation in a positive and professional fashion. I am changing my review based on his responsiveness to the situation and reaching out to us promptly to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. We had Lanco Heating & Air Conditioning replace out HVAC unit about a year and a half ago and everything went well. They explained to us our warranty would be honored as long as they did the tune ups every 6 months; which is a fine stipulation. However; my wife and I tried to call for over a month to schedule a tune up. We left voice mails, texts, and emails to get someone out here to do our tune up as required by Lanco; with no response. They didn't inform us they were busy or try to schedule in the future, just flat out ghosted us. Because of this; we cannot recommend their services and hope in the future they treat their other customers better.
We totally recommend Lanco, they are super professional, helpful and friendly. They helped us with our old furnace and installed a new one in short time. We will definitely call them for future maintenance.
It has been several years since Lanco Heating & Cooling did an install for my residence. I like to pass on for those looking for a friendly, honest and knowledgeable company. When I was talking to Andy, I felt that Andy cares a lot for his customers. I was very pleased with the install and Andy would take the time and answer any question and concerns I had. I had a question on programming my Honeywell thermostat for Andy a week after Job was completed and Andy was very perfessional and more than happy to answer my question. I would recommend Lanco Heating & Cooling......a company that stands behind there work. Tom
Awesome service! I had 3 estimates and they Crushed the competition. They were very professional and personable did an excellent job.They ran into minimal problems that they didn’t expect and still honored their estimate no additional charges! A1 service!!!
Josh and his team are so quick to respond anytime our units are having problems. We have a diagnosis and a plan immediately. Their recommendations are always in line with what is best for our home. We will continue to use their services for years to come!

Josh and Andy were fantastic to work with! They were highly recommended to us and they provided great service. From replacing our thermostat to replacing our HVAC they were prompt, professional, and great communicators. Within 48 hours of deciding to replace our HVAC Josh and Andy were ready to roll and had our home heated again! (They were the only vendor to return my call on a weekend, certainly not expected but it demonstrates their focus on great customer service!) We will only use them for all services and we will be using them for future home fixes and improvements. Highly satisfied and thrilled with their service and results!
Lanco installed a new heat pump for me in August. The service they provided was great! They were always friendly and willing to take the time to answer our questions. The price was also very reasonable. We had an issue with the heat pump after running the heat for a few weeks. They quickly responded to my email and came out the next morning to fix it. It's been working great since.
I just had central air and heat into my home that we never had it before. They are great! I would recommend them to anybody. So professional and worked every day. Explained everything we needed to know. Thank you Andy for a reasonable price to make this happen.
These guys are truly great at their trade! It was so refreshing to have a contractor in our house who confidently understood what had to be done, and had the ability to do it efficiently. I was super happy working through our project with Josh and Andy. From initial walk through to cleanup, these guys ruled! Their level of craftsmanship is five star, they are friendly, punctual and were reliable every step of the way. If you are having a hard time figuring out who to hire, give them a call, and you'll figure out pretty quickly that they are the crew you need on the job.
Rare is it I write reviews but Lanco Heating & Air Conditioning is a PHENOMENAL company to work with. Their price for a new furnace and installation of AC was *beyond* reasonable and their customer service was superb. The owner, Josh, texted me day and night and kept me informed through every step of the process. Their job took about two days, and they left our property cleaner than it was when they arrived. Mind you, they had to cut apart our massive old furnace that dated from the early 1960s just to get it out of the basement. During the process our hot water heater stopped working (‘cause when it rains, it pours right?). This was a coincidence that had nothing to do with the job at hand. During the the second day of install Josh was able to rewire our hot water heater (which was apparently originally wired wrong and dangerously) and get it working again within an hour. I can’t say enough good things about this company, their people and their work. Hire them for all your HVAC needs!
We had an entire heat pump system replaced by Lanco two months ago, and we couldn’t be happier. Andy was prompt, courteous, and respectful. He explained our options in a thorough and straightforward way. I would highly recommend Lanco for your HVAC needs
Andy was out to my house to take a look at my AC within a few hours of initial contact. He identified the issue and gave me options to consider. Andy and Josh replaced my central air unit within a week of my phone call. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone who is having heating/AC problems!
Prompt, really friendly, great prices and great work. What more could you ask for from an HVAC company or anyone? Lanco Heating & Air Conditioning, LLChas all of this covered. I was skeptical when I began looking for someone to service my unit which is getting older. I was expecting someone to try to up sell me on a brand new system, but Lanco Heating & Air Conditioning, LLC came in cleaned it up, checked the coolant and set me up for the long, hot summer. It runs better now than when I bought the place honestly. I can't recommend them enough.
Lanco did an excellent job replacing our 20 year old heating and air conditioning units. Josh was quick to answer my call and come to assess and diagnose the problem. He was also quick to supply us with an estimate/suggestions for repair vs replacement. Josh and Andy’s work was clean and did not disturb our everyday activities. Their communication was excellent. I recommend them for maintanance, repair, and replacement needs in the local Lititz/Lancaster area.
I had a very good experience with Lanco. Josh came to do routine service on my AC. He was very knowledgeable and professional in answering my questions. There was some confusion with the scheduled appointment, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I understand that mistakes happen but I appreciate that he made it right- the sign of a business that knows how to do right by their customers.
Josh and Andy recently replaced our air conditioning and furnace. The entire process from contacting them to installment was easy and carefree from our end. Josh and Andy were professional and worked quickly in this lengthy job. Josh has also been in contact with us to follow up and reassure everything is working correctly. Overall my wife and I had a great experience and plan on utilizing Lanco in the future.
