Great service just expensive.
Had evaporator replaced last September. Didn't need to use A/C until a few weeks ago, noticed a constant drip of water. I haven't been super happy with Haller so i called another company to come out. Turns out a fitting was overtightened and cracked at the drip pan. We also discovered the Haller installer had left a rag in the unit. Called Haller a few minutes ago and of course they'll charge me to come out and look at it, hemmed and hawed about whether it was their fault, can't come out till Monday, and I must not run the unit in case the coil freezes up - it is, of course, a 90 degree heat wave weekend.
Totally fine and thanks for being able to help me with situation as quickly as you did.
While the actual services are excellent, the company to whom they’ve contracted their scheduling and dispatching is time consuming and unknowledgeable. The phone tree lacks complete logic and the number of transfers lands you in dead ends. Every question you ask warrants ten minutes on hold while they search for the answer. These people in Rhode Island are probably doing the best they can with the information they’ve been given, but I sure miss when you could actually talk to the people who knew the job.
Our Technician (Phil) is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional. Today”s annual service was thorough as usual. We look forward to our next service with Phil. Thank you.
I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Haller. Along with an A+++ for the five items above, the guys were personable and clear with instructions for our newly installed system. Special thanks to Adam, Austin, and Jared. Best tip for those looking for HVAC service or new installation? DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
Wes was very polite, friendly & knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained everything he did. He provided me with notes on future issues/options I might consider. He did a great job cleaning up my outside AC unit. Very professional!

I had to have my water heater replaced and I wasn’t happy with total however, after 8 hours and taking his time Aaron was phenomenal. He was so patient and answered every question with detail and made sure I understood. Thanks so much !
i took the bait 'one call handles it all' i had Haller perform HVAC / plumbing / electrical installation in my new home construction a company is only as good as their weakest link HVAC team did a very good job Electrician team did a very good job Plumbers - not so much Contract called for a recirculating system - parts not ordered - installed improperly once received PEX piping not properly secured Ran 4 inch drain pipe thru HVAC duct No conduit installed for power to well pump Several code violations during inspection
The tech did a very detailed cleaning and inspection. He explained what he found and provided pictures of his work. Very satisfied.
Yearly service for hot water heater, technician was great. Knowledgeable and friendly. They always do a great job.

I have a service contract with them and purchased a new HVAC system last year - they have quality employees and always come out quickly when it’s needed. Definitely recommend and shoutout to Charlie for his professionalism and suggestions.

I had a Generac whole house natural gas powered backup generator installed two years ago, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag. I THINK the issues I've had are more to do with QC issues at Generac, rather than particular failures of the Haller installation team. But I've needed two technician visits in two years to make it work properly. Haller has sent the same tech both times, and he's very, very good.
I have been a satisfied customer for more than 30 years. The company has always been quick to respond to any concerns or issues with my 2 furnaces or 3 air conditioners. The service people have always been personable, thorough and have explained everything completely after a service is performed.
