Andy was super helpful in resolving our AC issues. He explained everything in great detail, made suggestions and cleaned up after himself. He was very professional and pleasant! He was so knowledgeable in what he was doing!! I highly recommend him and Kowalski for your needs!!!

Kowalski heating is the best contractor I have worked with. I had a particularly difficult problem with heat and cooling in my master bedroom. I called multiple HVAC companies, most of which didn't answer their phone or never got back to me. I never had any issues getting in touch with Kowalski. They always answered there phone and were happy to talk though my problem. Their technician Andy came and spent a lot time with me troubleshooting the issue. Once we figured out what was going on the owner, Jason, came and walked through potential solutions. I ended up installing a mini-split system which has worked perfectly so far. The installation was fast and the whole process was very smooth. They are now my go to company for any HVAC needs.
Within one day of calling Kowalski hvac Jason was at our home taking notes… the same day we had a most competitive estimate to replace our a/c system… the work was done promptly and professionally to a higher standard than other estimates we received… this guy is THE BEST !!! We couldn’t be more pleased …
We have been using Kowalski HCP for a few years. All of the personnel from the owners, the office staff, Amy, Jaison from plumbing, and especially Andrew, our HVAC technician are so helpful and easy to work with. Amy makes scheduling and billing so easy. Andrew and Jaison are extremely thorough and explain exactly what services they have provided and are so willing to answer all of my questions. All are extremely polite, kind, respectful and always go above and beyond. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Kowalski HCP and are so fortunate to be one of their customers.

I wouldn’t use this company. Just saw their van driving on route 19 and they were tailgating and break checking. Wouldn’t trust people like that in my home.
Over ten years and two houses, I’ve had a new furnace and air conditioner installed, AC/furnace maintenance, and a new water heater converted from electric to gas. I cannot recommend Jason and his wonderful team highly enough. When a pressure sensor acted up on the new furnace, Jason came over to troubleshoot it at night without a second thought. Today when my water heater broke, I was delighted to learn that Kowalski does plumbing too. A tech was at my house in 30 minutes. When I asked about converting it from electric to gas (which most companies would’ve said an easy “no” to), the reply was “let’s do it right.” And they did. From Amy the office manager, to all the techs who have come over (today Mike and Zach), everyone just feels like a good person. They’re hardworking and friendly. They’re patient with all of my questions. They’re kind to my pets and eager to talk about theirs (and show pictures if you ask). I’ve recommended them to my friends and I hope you will too.
Jason is the owner and awesome! We lost heat in the early morning hours of Christmas Eve when temp and wind chills were below zero. I left a voice mail, and he personally called me back before 6 am. He was here before 7 am and fixed the problem with our furnace in less than one hour. Heat was back on before 8 am! Thank you, Jason. I highly recommend Kowalski Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing.

Hands down, the best HVAC service provider I have ever used!
This is my second experience with Kowalski and I just wanted to write a review and let you know how pleased I am with your company and your technicians. Both times the technicians arrived on time and was very professional and personable. The first time Jason Leiberman performed the yearly service on my tankless water heater. My next service was for a humidifier problem. Andrew Daley ran a couple of tests and then told me what he believed the issue was. Andy resolved the issue quickly and the cost was reasonable Because of the excellent service I received the first time from Jason was the reason I called Kowalski for my humidifier problem. I will definitely be calling again if I have any issues with plumbing, heating or cooling.
I have had several great experiences working with Kowalski. They worked to save me money on my HVAC existing warranty and prioritized me after a hot water tank break. They are always professional and do a great job!
Can't say enough good things about Kowalski and his staff, excellent customer service from first call to install. My air condition unit died after over 30 years, gave them a call and Andy came out that same day to look at it and as I expected I needed it replaced. They were very prompt in giving me a quote that was reasonably priced I felt and was installed in a couple of weeks due to the entire AC condenser and furnace unit needing to be ordered. Install was a breeze and Zach and his team showed up right at 8am and completed the entire install by lunch. Another great thing is that they take credit cards so while HVAC units can be a rather expensive expense I at least got credit card points from it. The new system works great and is much quieter. I will be using them for any future HVAC and plumbing needs.
Andy did an excellent job troubleshooting an intermittent issue. He was very professional and friendly. Andy explained what the issue was that was causing my heat pump to shut down every once and a while. I have used Kowalski Heating, Cooling and Plumbing for the past 11 years and they are always considerate about any issues and always work to resolve them in a very timely manner. Andy is a great addition to the team! Thanks Again!
I called on one of the hottest days of the year regarding my A/C not blowing cold air. Someone was at my house in less than 2 hours to fix the unit. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
I found out on the hottest day of the year that my AC was no longer working. Amy in the office shuffled things around to get a tech to my house within hours, not days. Brett showed up and was fast, professional and friendly. I've hired enough contractors to know that service like that is almost impossible to find. Thank you so much.
They completed services in a timely manner. We got a quote Thursday and had both a/c and furnace installed the following week. Zach and Brett did a fantastic job.
