Recently had new heating and cooling system installed. ECI did a great job promptly providing us with a new quality system at a fair price. The service was excellent, completed in one day and our home was left in clean condition afterwards. Thanks Dan, Alex, Jeremiah and James - you guys were awesome!
Chuck did our first annual tune-up and did a great job. He patiently answered all of our questions and did his work thoroughly and professionally. Excellent work!

ECI Comfort are true professionals who did an awesome job from start to finish. They installed 3 Mitsubishi split system air conditioners / heat units. Their pricing was fair and their service was stellar. Our sales rep, Darren, was prompt, knowledgeable, and always available via text or phone call. He arrived on time for all appointments, accompanied the installers on their first day, and followed up throughout the project. James and Nick, our installers, also arrived on time, explained what they were doing, and did a very professional job throughout the installation. They cleaned up any mess they made, removed all trash and old equipment, and set up and explained how to operate all aspects of the units. I am particularly impressed by the way they covered all the wiring and pipes outside my house. I highly recommend ECI Comfort and will definitely refer friends and family to them. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had a new AC unit installed after the old one was not able to be serviced anymore. It did last for 20 years. Absolutely the Best Heating and Air conditioning company in the area. Dan and Alex were prompt, courteous and kept the house perfectly clean during install. Perfect install and I highly recommend ECI!!
Was in a pinch up against time with rough inspection on Friday. Steve came out Wednesday we walked and went through everything. 8am Thursday Dan & Alex showed up and went to town installing all the duct work even after some last minute changes again. Dan came back on Friday and got everything done in time for the rough inspection. Which passed! Was able to keep the project moving forward. Dan was great to work with, he came to me with questions before doing something when alot of other trades will just cut stuff if in there way, def appreciated that.
2023 update. Requested Selinda again this year. Another outstanding visit. She lets you know what she will do and then gets to it. Answered my questions and made sure I understood what she was doing. Also, easy scheduling too. Only positive experiences with ECI. Great experience. Selinda was prompt and professional. Came in and did the work efficiently while explaining a few things to help us keep our system running smoothly. She even put down paper towels to protect our hardwood floors from the ladder. Those little things mean a lot. We have had our splits for four years now and could not be more pleased. Thanks Selinda and ECI!

Selinda was great she showed us how our furnace worked and explained possible failure points on the pipes and equipment. She arrived on time and was very friendly. She performed the repair of our furnace quickly. She went the extra mile to confirm answers to our questions. Thank you Selinda!

These guys helped me so much. I needed a new HVAC system in my condo so Jeremy came to meet with me. He gave me choices and explained everything to me. He was so nice and even went to bat with my building manager who was not helpful at all. The installers - Dan, Alex, James and Nick were all super nice and answered all my questions. Also Alice who does all the scheduling was great and super nice. It took awhile to get the whole thing done but everyone was great the whole way through. Would definately recommend ECI to everyone. I felt like they were on my side when no one else was.

we had 2 ceiling split ACs installed. the men who came to install it James and Nick were very nice and did a great job. the vents look great and they kept the house clean, they had to move some furniture around and put it all back nicely. if i hadn’t seen it moved i would have never even known they moved anything. great work and best price we could find.
Rich was on-time and very professional while servicing my multi-unit mini-splits. ECI was wonderful during the installation and follow-up maintenance. Recommend highly!
Stephan and Shane installed a mini split unit into my home today. They arrived on time and were incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable. They took care to protect my home by covering their boots when indoors, and laying protective cloths near all of the areas of installation. They cleaned up perfectly and and actually left my yard cleaner than when they got here. They tested the device to make sure everything was working properly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend ECI and Shane and Stephan.
