People I trust recommended the Sinton team for their quality workmanship, and they have been helping us with HVAC maintenance for a few years. Recently, they helped us with replacing our aging HVAC systems and installing new duct and vent as part of finishing our basement. I appreciate John's expert knowledge as he walked me through the pros and cons of various systems and what makes sense given our needs. The team were upfront about their scheduling constraints (including supply chain delays) and were very flexible to work around our own scheduling constraints. For the installation, I appreciate Joe's and David's professionalism, attention to detail, quality workmanship (quite an impressive duct work!), and keeping us up-to-date on the progress. As in any basement finishing, there were constraints that would necessitate adjustments to our original plan. When we ran into those, I appreciate that the team really know their stuff, were flexible in the approach, and always involved me in deciding the optimal path forward. This was quite a big job and they were able to complete it on time. Overall, it has been truly a pleasure to work with the Sinton's team, and their quality workmanship is evident in every little details. I couldn't be happier with their work and my decision to go with them. Thank you Sinton team!!!
This business is a scam ,they are non responsive and overcharges labor and material. For one hour labor they randomly charged $280 and quoted $380 for material available at Home Depot for $130. Good luck to those who works with this business , I am ending my relationship with them.
I DID NOT use this company. I am actually just hoping the owners read this. I tried contacting this company 3 times. 1st by the website around early Feb. I followed up a week later with a call and the guy that answer was great and said they have my info and would get back to me. Fast forward, I tried again to call at mid March and again, guy that answer apologized for no one calling and would have someone call shortly. Well..end of March now and nothing. Its a shame as I had a couple of good recommendations to use them for Geothermal. Again, just hoping the owner reads this and sees that he has potential customers just falling off. No need to call me now. If I cannot get someone to call, no way I can trust they will be here on time and be responsive.
Sinton's team knows their business, is reliable when you need them, and communicates throughout. They helped us with a temporary solution when our heat failed, and then installed our new system. Thanks Jamie, Dave, and Joey for the smooth install.
I had Sinton complete a new system in our house in January. It was a replacement of an old system so they replaced my old unit and added a hot water heater buffer tank to allow for more cost savings on natural gas for water heating. They did not do the loop system since I had one already in place, but I can tell you that everyone of the guys that assisted me with pricing to install were professional and extremely knowledgeable. I first called them because the old unit wasn't working and they gave me a few options to fix it, I ultimately chose to just replace the system but I was never pressured to do so. John Wilson was the person that I spoke with the most regarding the repair and ultimately the replacement. He gave me several options and price points to choose from and guided me to a great decision. He was honest the whole time and told me when he thought some of the stuff I was considering would really just drive up the cost with no real benefit. He visisted my home several times at my request to walk me through everything so I had a strong understanding of what I was buying. He even texted me and called me whenever I had questions about the system or install. After finally committing to the new unit they had Jamie and Joe do the install and they were both very professional, polite and hard working. The finished job is clean and looks great. I could not be more satisfied. Based on my experience I would definitely consider Sinton to do the job. I think they may be a bit more pricey than their competitors but I think the extra cost was warrantied by their professionalism, knowledge, and quality of work.
Our previous owner used Sinton and we stuck with them. We are glad we did. John is extremely helpful and handled a difficult new heat pump install professionally and with great expertise. They also followed through getting the kinks out of the new system which we greatly appreciate.
I've taken over a geothermal system, and the previous owner recommended continuing to work with Sinton, who installed and maintained the system. Great to work with a knowledgeable team: John showed me how everything worked and took the time to answer all of my questions.
I could not have been more pleased with the process to provide me a quote to replace my HVAC system and the actual installation. I inspected the work after it was complete and was very impressed with the quality of the installation. They provided a fair estimate, did not cut any corners during installation and I have no reservations in recommending them.

The previous owner of my property used Sinton and so I decided to give them a try. I could not have made a better decision! Martin is personable, polite and pleasant. He provides me with the knowledge I need to make informed decisions and keeps me advised whenever a service has been scheduled. John and Joey have been caring for my HVAC system and they do an outstanding job. John is a smart, down-to-earth technician who knows his craft inside and out and also provides me with data I need to make informed choices. Joey, John's assistant, is an avid learner and hard worker, following in Johns' footsteps. Keep up the great work!

We followed the previous owners’ excellent advice and have been using Sinton since we bought our house. Our usual guy is John Wilson, who knows our geothermal system inside and out - literally. He is available anytime and capable of everything the system could need. Also he is a really nice guy and it’s great to have a familiar person come to the house.
We have been using Sinton since they installed our Geo Thermal and all I can say is I am glad we decided they were the company of choice. From installation thru our maintenance checks to our minor problem they have been outstanding. Their people know what they are doing. I had an issue with our unit they were out the same day and everything is working perfectly. I can't say enough good things about them.
I have been a customer of Sinton Air since 2006. They installed our geothermal unit . I have been very pleased with the performance if the unit and also the technicians who do the maintenance checks on it. They are responsive when we have questions and take the time to explain their answers. I highly recommend them for geothermal installation and service.
This system has been operating great for the past two years. I've waited on providing a review so that I could provide operating experience. I will get into more details in a bit but to summarize, the units have been saving us more money than estimated by Sinton and they have not had any issues keeping up with heating and cooling demands. Even in this bitterly cold 2019 winter the unit only needed to kick into 2nd stage on a couple of days and it never needed to go into emergency (resistive) heat. In 2016, I interviewed a number of geothermal contractors and Bill Sinton was by far the most knowledgeable. As a structural engineer, I had done a lot of research before beginning into the technical aspects of this project. As I spoke to Bill and his associate David Keating about what their company could do and what options I had, I could tell that they knew how to layout a proper HVAC system and I felt that that Bill was honest about the pit falls that could occur and he knew how to avoid them. Bill and David also took a holistic approach and provided me with information about how to maximize my home comfort and energy savings with improved insulation. They showed me how I could offset the added cost of the insulation by down sizing the heat pump size. After many detailed and patient discussions with me, Bill and David laid out a system that pulled my old oil furnace and associated chimney and used that chimney space to get the ducts from the basement to the attic and then to the second-floor rooms. Based upon their recommendations, I insulated the attic. I decided to go with the spray-foam contractor they suggested and now my attic is conditioned space and no longer get extremely cold or hot. Sinton also coordinated the very professional subcontractors which included the vertical well drilling and my underground tank removal. They were especially conscientious at making sure all the proper permits, testing, and inspections were done during the tank removal
I have been a Sinton's customer for over 25 years. In that time technologies have changed, but their attention to details and their customer base has not. I have had a some worn out equipment issues over that time and the Sinton team has been there with updated equipment and new ideas to keep us warm and cool when it counts. Very happy with their approach.
Sinton’s HVAC team replaced our geothermal system that had been installed by a company specializing in geothermal. With their understanding of both HVAC AND geothermal, Sinton improved the air flow so it maintains a level temperature and doesn’t sound like a train roaring by when it comes on. The Sinton team did clean work, on schedule and on budget. Thanks to Matt and team for their great work. Definitely recommend!
We have used Sinton for over 15 years. They helped us nurse along an old oil unit until it was no longer practical. Luckily we were able to take advantage of government tax credit to install geothermal. My wife keeps meticulous records and insists that the savings were worth the investment. Even without the credit, if you are planning on living in your home a long time the benefits may outweigh the cost. We have an emergency generator and Sinton along with our electrician have it wired seamlessly. What I love is that we run our a.c. from the first heatwave of Spring through Halloween at minimal cost. We never turn it off. It keeps the humidity out and you don't feel guilty! If you are looking to utilize a local business, with skilled technicians you can trust in your home then they are worth a call. We give them great reviews for system design and service, along with customer service. They also sponsor many community-based activities like the KAU Little League and area high school academic, philanthropic, and athletic teams. 👍
We have had our geo-thermal unit a number of years now and it is great. Heats the house much better than oil heat and much cheaper. The service people have all been very reliable and professional.
I had a new Geothermal Heat Pump system designed and installed by Sinton Air in 2014 for an 1800s farmhouse. Bill (the owner) spent several hours at my home to plan out everything. He engineered the system so that it was sized correctly for my home. The system runs beautifully and has provided adequate heating and cooling since day one. Martin, Tim, and every other employee I dealt over the years has been very knowledgeable and helpful. The men who installed it along with Bill were experienced, polite, and made sure every last detail was perfect. If you're looking to have the job done correctly without compromise, these are your guys. I highly recommend researching what makes a geothermal contractor before purchasing a system, Sinton Air is among the best and most experienced in the country.
