Cameron was my technician and he was amazing. He had superb customer service. He did an amazing job explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what he was doing and why he was doing it. He had a great personality and attitude and really seemed to love his job. I would definitely recommend this company.
Dave S. the technician who installed the Duct Mounted Auto-Cleaning Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization System was on time, professional, and answered all my questions. Their customer service was excellent and responded quickly. They are Reasonable with pricing and worked with me on a payment plan, which was great. I would highly recommend R. Brooks Mechanical Service and Dave S. their technician.

I am not one to leave reviews! I have to give credit when due. We have never dealt with a company who has been more dependable then RBrooks. Reliable, quick, efficient, and honest with their work. Their rates are reasonable; customer service is outstanding and we highly recommend to anyone needing hvac services. Thanks y’all!!!
Look elsewhere if you can. I had an issue with the blower motor and I was quoted $2800 for labor and parts. Motors range between $950-$1200. Assuming you get the motor on the higher end you’re left with $1600 for less than an hour worth of work? I usually don’t write reviews but I feel people should be warned. The only reason I gave them two stars and one is because the techs that showed up did good.

Brooks supplied and installed a complete new HVAC system for us. Their price was super competitive, their sales person and their installers were extremely professional and friendly, and the office support for confirming visit times, etc. was fantastic. I can't say enough about them! Highly recommend.

Jeremiah came to my home on an after hours call. He was very conscientious and worked diligently to find the problem with my furnace. He explained what needed to be checked and what could be causing the problem. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was looking for. Fortunately it wasn’t a major problem and he had our unit repaired quickly!

Hvac system was purchased new from R Brooks 3 1/2 years ago. They have been here 4 times to make repairs. This last time was to replace the complete outside compressor system with a new one. Hope all the bugs have been eliminated and I will have smooth operating system from here on. Equipment not so good but Brooks service has been prompt, courteous, and professional. Good service is worth a lot!
R. Brooks provides excellence in every aspect of their business and the customer service the provide is genuine. I’ve had a lot of work done with R. Brooks over the last few years and have not been steered or have felt as if I was being “sold” into anything, but have been well informed with options to make the best decision for my situations. To top this off, after having my furnace fail leaving my family without heat in freezing weather, I had an inspection done in the late evening within an hour of my call, and had a part order placed by their team. But after thinking about my decision to limp the system along, I called back after 10pm to see if I could have an ENTIRE new system put in instead (including the outside unit). Within less than 24 hours I had an estimate performed, my old system fully removed and FULL clean install up and running with zero corners cut - Just completely exceeding my expectations Thank you R. Brooks Team - Keep up the awesome work, and providing the honest/genuine customer service you that you do.
