Went the extra mile when answering all of my questions along the way. Promptly got me schedule to replace my old, broken AC system. Excellent job across the board!
My AC stopped working on an 83 degree day in July. Warhold was booked solid just like everyone else, but when they heard I had an infant at home, they squeezed me in so I didn’t have to take the baby to a hotel. They came the same day, at the time they estimated to be there, and had me up and running with AC within 30 mins. They were also very professional and reasonably priced!!! I will recommend them to everyone I know!!
They were supposed to resolve an issue that cost 1300, and the problem is worse than before.
I needed a new faceit for my bathtub. Elected to get advice from the plumber on best choice. My bathroom tile is like new and the original faucet had three knobs. The tub filler was too close to the knobs to use a one knob system to cover the holes from the 3 knobs. We decided to replace with a 3 knob fixture. Al did a great job installing using compression fittings rather the old sauder method. I also had a new pressure regulator and expansion tank installed on my hot water tank I got great service. Al came to see what was needed. Went back to the shop, picked up supplies and an extra helper. They finished the job that same day. The completed jobs look neat and professional. The price was much higher than l expected. Guess plumbers need to have a living wage too.

This company knows what they doing for sure. Technician was cool, but they are overcharging. Company was here for 25 mins total for minimal work and charged $425.
John and Mike came out on my warranty call. They were very knowledgeable, personable and went the extra mile. He needed a part to fix my toilet tank leak and actually left and went to the store and got it. He fixed several other things having to do with the toilet pipe and leak. Very pleased and will definitely call if I need non-warranty work, also. Thank you.

Took one for the team, one and done. 2 shutoff valves, 1 elbow and 2’ of copper pipe, 45 minutes total job time $666, that was with there senior discount. The job was prep to go, water already turned off, pipes drained. Should have gotten more estimates but was leaving town on business and had to get the leak fixed. Next time will find a local Greensburg plumber, who is looking to grow their business and serve their community. Coming from a software background, not impressed by there mobile device pricing, gps directions ( went to the wrong address, had to call and tell them he was at the wrong address) and automated texts. Except for the text asking me to review. Give me a hand written estimate and receipt. I DO NOT RECOMMEND and will not recommend to friends and family.

Used through a home warranty service. They were quick and on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and also did a little extra work on another issue I had not called about. Was impressed as I have not had much luck in the past with other home warranty companies. Will absolutely call them the next time I have plumbing or gas issues at my place. Total thumbs up. UPDATE: Used again for actual plumbing work. They were quick and clean and communicated well. Price seemed to in line with what my contractor friends suggested. Still impressed.
