Recently had an issue with my furnace and with a 19month and 7 month old baby, we needed the issue addressed quickly. Greg and Mike did an awesome job troubleshooting the issue and taking the time to explain all of the steps to correct the issue. Thank you gents for your help! My family greatly appreciates it!

Just recently my husband and I started to notice that our thermostat was not working properly so we called the Staso company to come out and take a look. We left a message with the answering service and we got a call back immediately from employee Greg Stagon. Before Greg came to our home that day I took the cover of the thermostat off and cleaned it up a little and then replaced it. From that time on the air seemed to be running fine and the thermostat was holding its own. When Greg arrived I explained to him that I was now a bit leary about fixing some thing that I wasn’t quite sure needed fixing. He could not have been nicer about it and not only looked at the thermostat but he also looked at my furnace and the air conditioner outside and gave me some tips how to keep it clean and running smoothly. I can only say my experience with Greg and the Staso company was nothing but pleasant. He was really a lovely man and his kindness has resonated with me. I would certainly use them again in the future.

I had a HVAC unit installed by R.J. Staso. approximately 10 years ago. I was seeing some condensation in my house and called to see if a dehumidifier was necessary. I received a call back in 1-1/2 hours and they went into great detail on why this is happening and how it can be fixed. Brilliant service through this company, I would recommend this company 100% to anyone looking for a new HVAC or service!
Moved into my new build a few months ago that was serviced by RJ Staso for heating/cooling…came home the other day to my nest with an error code on it/AC not working in 90 degree weather. Called RJ Staso and Greg was at my home within 20 minutes! Greg was beyond friendly, very timely, and even educated me on the quick fix! We also dealt with RJ Staso at our prior home and I would recommend them to anyone! Such great service! They go above and beyond for their clients! Thank you RJ Staso Heating and AC!!!

I honestly don't have the words to describe what this business has done for my mother. It is unheard of today to trust people to come in to your house & care for an elderly person with the care & compassion that my mother received from this company. There really are good people with honest values still in this troubled world tiday. I will recommend to everyone to use this business & trust them & I dont say that about anyone! I've used RJ Staso for more than 10 years. They do annual maintenance on my heating and cooling and have replaced both my A/C and furnace, installed a built-in humidifier and air purification system. I trust them fully and wouldn't even consider going to anyone else. Whether it's routine service or an unexpected situation, they're always there when I need them.
I've been having a terrible time with my heater lately and both times I called they were here in less than a day. It was eventually discovered the unit needed to be replaced completely and with temps outside so low I was settling in for days of being cold but NOPE they came out next day and worked hard half the day to get the new unit in and running. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They're not just good at what they do, they're compassionate and caring too. They don't see the customer as dollar signs like so many other places do, they genuinely care about what the customer is going thru and needs.
Scott, the Staso technician, was fantastic. Polite, professional and knows his stuff. Explained everything he did in terms I could understand. Will definitely continue to use this company.
If you want reliable, dependable, go outta their way guys, this is the HVAC company for you!!! I called on Saturday with no heat and Greg is awesome and called right back and was at my home within the hour. Greg is the reason I support small business with my business. I feel like he cares and Greg and his folks are all about customer service. I could not be more pleased and they have a customer for life with me.
Both Mike and Greg were very professional and made certain the furnace issue was resolved. They were prompt and explained the issue, made certain that I was aware the part to be replaced was under warranty.

There are so many companies that offer the repairs or fixing of air conditioning-We are so lucky we choose RJ Staso!! Our central nest air conditioner went out on June 28, 2021-with outside Temperature at 93* …I contacted RJStaso and that same day the service tech Mike Miller was at our home! Our unit was frozen -needed to de-thaw and Mike would return the next day to get it up and going. I can’t say enough about this company-so professional and understanding! Mike Miller was spot on on fixing it quickly and price effective! Do yourself a favor and call this company for your Air Conditioning and Heating needs!! I will be using them in the future!

Greg was the technician who provided our services today. He was very professional and explained how our HVAC system worked. He also explained how to use the vents throughout the house to maintain a consistent temperature year round.
