I’ve used Steve and his team a number of times over the past several years and each time I get quick, professional service done by a trustworthy technician. Just today I called in the morning because my heat stopped overnight and a technician was at my door in a few short hours for a quick fix at an affordable price. Recommend to everyone who asks.

Nick was the one who came to see why my 2 1/2 year old heater just stopped working. He explained what he was checking step by step and what issues he was seeing and how that informed his next checks. He was curious and knowledgeable and reassured me that he would get it working before it plunged into the mid 30s that night. I would definitely use Nick again for heating or air. It was a pleasure to work with someone who was so talented and loved his work. I highly recommend.
They installed the HVAC less than a year ago and needed some questions answered and somethings taken care of. They keep saying that they will schedule someone to come and take a look at my issues and they never call back. They haven’t responded as yet though I have been trying to reach the for 6 months. I have texted the owner Steve and Haven’t heard back.

This company replaced a broken HVAC unit for me 5 years ago. I was told the unit should last 10-15 years. After 5 years, the unit stopped working so I called the company back to have someone look at it. They assured me someone would look at it right away. I also asked for warranty information. It is the dead of summer and it has been 2 weeks since my call. No one has come and no one has called me back despite the multiple messages I left on their machine. I had two other HVAC companies look at the unit. The quotes to replace this unit with a new unit came in at 35% cheaper and 28% cheaper than the original quote for the unit I received 5 years ago from this company. I would highly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Very impressed with the service - easy to schedule over the phone for an appointment service a day later. Technicians were on time and friendly and were able to fix my AC problem quickly.
