Very knowledgeable. We had Horizon out and they told us they wouldn’t work on a Bosch system. Shoemaker Heating and Cooling said no problem. Also installed a generator. Highly recommend.

They came out the day after we reached out (in July no less!) and fixed our issue on the spot, giving us the cold air we desperately needed! Their pricing was incredibly fair with no hard sells or upcharges. We ended up signing up for a maintenance agreement and feel really good about our decision. I highly recommend them!

Same day serice, as a new customer, after our hearter suddenly stopped working in the early morning,before business hours! We called when they opened, the team was here very quickly and had the problem figured out, fixed and checked the rest of the unit to ensure it was in proper working order, all within an hour! Our family has reached out to Jacob and his team the past few years when having cooling or heating issues with our HVAC system, and even an issue with a potentially leaking water heater.
