Home Warranty sent Baker out for a routine AC tune up and check. Chuck was professional, honest and took his time to look at my unit. Upon completion he answered my questions about their fitness repair services. I appreciate his time and attention to meet my needs, answer my questions - and look forward to working with Baker in the future!
I have used Baker Services at an HOA I manage for maintenance and repair of fitness equipment. They have been easy to deal with and thorough.
I was assigned BSS from Home Shield. My AC went out on a Friday and although Home Shield has contractors that work on the weekend (Bakers does not) it is somewhat of a lottery on who you get. Bakers did not reach out to me within 48 hours to schedule my appointment, even after calling their emergency line. Once they did call on the following Monday, the lady was pretty unkind about the whole situation and they couldn't come out to fix my AC issue until the following Monday. That is 9 days after my original call. Other contractors will work on the weekend. This contractor happens to have a contract with Home Shield so they get business regardless. They will not care about you or your situation and they certainly don't respond to emergencies. Two things I learned from this experience: Home Shield is just a poor poor product and if you want a good home warranty use American Home Warranty or Choice Home Warranty. Bakers Sales and Service should not have the word "Service" in their name as they do not provide it. Absolute failure all around.
I was “assigned” Bakers by my home warranty company and since I hadn’t heard of them, I was a little worried. Well was I pleasantly surprised! I have had other “well known” companies service my a/c before and quite frankly, Bakers blew them away! Kevin was so professional and knowledgeable! He was super nice in explaining everything he was doing with my a/c. He was so in depth with his testing - the other companies didn’t do 1/2 of the testing he did! So very thorough! I will definitely use them again for all my hvac needs and plan to refer them any chance I get!
Both Kevin and Matt are exceptional when it comes to service and knowing what they're doing and how to get it done. Highly recommend Baker for all of your pool needs. They did work on our pool heater and knew exactly what the issue was. Baker provides great service.

Kevin was very professional and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my boiler. He also offered suggestions to keep us safe in our home and to keep our furnace working longer. Marsha was responsive and worked with me on scheduling a day/time. I highly recommend Baker Sales & Service.
Kevin serviced my boiler and answered all of my questions. I felt good about working more with baker after my first service appointment. I would recommend them.

Changing my 5 star rating from 4 years ago. Had an awful experience this past summer for pool opening. BUYER BEWARE.
Super friendly and helpful. Second generation business, they know their stuff. They were my vendor from our home insurance, really hooked us up!
Called for a spa repair and they were very helpful and quick to respond. Very reasonable charge and very open and fair.

The tech, Steven, was fantastic. Did a thorough job of cleaning out the furnace and took time to explain everything he did. I used to work in retail so am am pretty critical when it comes to customer service. I give Steven 100%+ score in everything he did and his interaction with us. He's an excellent representative of Baker Sales & Service.
Excellent and professional service. Kevin the technician was so professional, polite, and helpful. He explained everything so clearly and made sure that I didn't have any questions. He truly cares about doing a great job! I would highly recommend! I just used Baker's Sales and Services again today and couldn't be happier with them! Kevin and Matt closed my pool today and they were both wonderful. It is so nice to have such personable and knowledgeable technicians come to do a job and you know 100% that it will be done correctly and efficiently. They are highly skilled, nice, caring, and you just instantly feel comfortable with them. I highly recommend them and they truly deserve praise for their hard work! Keep up the great work and thank you so much for another excellent service call.
I had my furnace tune-up last week and the service was wonderful. After everything was completed, the technician explained everything that he did as well as gave me a few handy tips. For example, he explained how the various vents in my house work and how to maximize heating in my house.
Baker Sales and Service came out to service our hot tub today he was prompt, professional and found the problem right away. He was very thorough and explained everything to me. Great job
I've been using the same Hot Tub Service repair company for the last 15 years and all I can say now is why in the world did I not call Baker. Matt stopped by today to diagnose my problem and was so nice, professional and efficient. The parts will be ordered and repairs made, but I already trust these guys more than my previous hot tub repair service provider. The price seems fair and that is extremely important to me.
Stephen was an excellent technician he knew exactly what he was doing he explained everything gave us tips on our air conditioner on how to make it cooler in certain rooms he was just wonderful and really concerned so professional I would recommend him to anyone.
