Excellent response and service! Called first thing in the morning and the Tech was here by early afternoon, same day. Professional and efficient Staff. I'm very pleased.

About 2 weeks ago, we put the heater on for the first time and there was an clicking sound so I called a bunch of HVAC companies. I did not realize how expensive it could be just to dispatch a tech to come out to analyze the issue. I had from over $120 to $49. Family HVAC was the least expensive at $49 and they have 5 star ratings! I was so happy that Brew was the tech that came out because he is mentioned in all the wonderful reviews. I was not happy to hear that I needed a new heater. It was understandable since our heating and cooling systems were over 20 years old. Brew gave me an estimate. I called 5 other HVAC companies and have them come out to provide an estimate. FYI, when they come out for an estimate for a new heating system they don’t charge a dispatch fee. Brew gave me the best price for better quality than what others quoted me. He mentioned rebates that were available. He also credited the $49 dispatch fee. I am so happy that I went with Family HVAC because Brew from day one was so responsive with all my questions when I would email or text him. This morning he texted me that he was on his way. He and George worked hard and efficiently all day to get my heating and cooling systems installed. I highly recommend Family HVAC!
The Technician came out on time and did an outstandinging getting our boiler going. He had to replace a number of parts that he had with him. But, was able to get everything up and running within 2hrs of showing on a Saturday. Very grateful for the work and had reasonable pricing to repair the system. Thank you and highly recommend this family own business in the Elkins Park Area.

The tech was able to come a bit early(yeah!!) he was professional, friendly, and went straight to work. He had the heater working in under 15 minutes! How awesome was that! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!! I will be using them for all my future heating and cooling needs. Thank you Brew!
It's very rare to find a HVAC service these days where you feel they have your back, feel comfortable with and you can trust. Out situation is unique where I watch over my very elderly parents (90's) that still live in their forever home. It's a difficult situation but at least now I feel like I can trust someone should we run into an emergency with their AC and heating. Family HVAC was there for us in the summer when the AC went and again when their furnace broke down just this week. Thank goodness the weather was warm and we weren't in a deep freeze. Thank you Family HVAC!

We had a great experience with Family. They communicated about every step in the process, went out of their way to stay late for a part delivery and drive out to pick up a part. They went above and beyond to get our heat up and running. So thankful.
They were quick to respond and gave realistic timing. Brew was fantastic and polite and explained everything. Amazing service. Denise handled the call and appointment and was super helpful. Fantastic company.
