We had M&M install our Grinder pump years ago,Friendly, efficiently, and Professionally. Now M&M (Sebastian) serviced our oil furnace the same way. Highly recommend M&M!
I originally had a 5 star rating for this company from my first 2 experiences with them. I used to use K&K to service my boiler. I then had to switch to M&M. They came and serviced my boiler. That went well and they said the circulator pump was starting to leak a bit. I had them order the part and they came back and replaced it in a couple weeks. That went well. I then wanted my Central Air system replaced because I bought the house with it not working, and it was over 30 years old. They estimated the job at $5,450. The estimate said, "Labor and material to remove existing and install new air conditioning system." I figured that was at fair price and had them do it. They came and did the job a couple months later. When I got home from work that day, I saw they replaced the bare minimum. The detiorating concrete pad was reused. They used all the wiring, ductwork, dampers, and covers. We called and expressed our concerns. They said the wiring is fine, and we should spray PB blaster on the dampers to get them working freely. My wife and I decided that was not a good idea for obvious reasons. They then came and changed the dampers for another $770. The A/C worked fine all summer and we were able to now open and close our vents freely. The next summer (this year) I notice the master bedroom is hot. I then notice there is no Cool air coming from the vent. M&M comes back and says the duct work is old and needs to be replaced but they patched it for now. They replaced the thermostat I provided and said they would give me an estimate. I have not heard back from them for several weeks now. Today I went to close the vent in my son's room. The damper gets jammed and won't close. At this point I am beyond frustrated with M&M. I saw I had previously reviewed them as 5 stars. Sadly I needed to change it and let people know what to watch out for, so they don't end up in my situation. If I could rate them lower than 1 star I would!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! They were able to get a technician to me the same day that my furnace stopped working. Sebastian did a great job, he explained everything he checked and what he fixed, and also what to watch for in the future with my furnace. I will certainly be using M and M again for my HVAC service!
When they say service with a smile they definitely fall into the definition starting with Stefanie who took the call to Tony the VERY excellent service man I called in the morning and they were here within 2 hour's and now my unit is back up and running THANKS 😊 price is VERY affordable 👌
We have used M and M Mechanical many times in the 3 years we've owned our house. They were able to make repairs to our very old HVAC system to give us a couple extra years of life. We've also used them for plumbing and they were able to quickly fix a leaky pipe. They are incredibly quick and responsive. They came to our house one year on Christmas day when we woke up to no heat. They are very reasonably priced and everyone that comes is very nice. It's nice to have a company I can trust that I know won't rip me off.
The plumber they sent to us, Dominik was wonderful. He helped to father, was patient with him and walked him through all the troubles. He suggested having him come back to bring a camera to make sure the blockage was completely cleared. When making that appointment Jenny (Who claimed to be the owner) informed us that we would have to pay the rental fee of $350 from a third party due to their camera being broken, as well as the $75 labor fee. After calling Essigs, we were charged a $59 fee for their plumber to come out to use the camera. M&M is charging their customers their cost of doing business. It is not the customers responsibility to pay for damaged equipment. They also informed us we'd have to pay for a full day rental even though the job would take no more than an hour. Jenny said she wouldn't budge and I could go with their competition, so we did. 2 stars for the service provided by the plumber, not the company!
M&M Mechanical is a top notch company! Hired them to do my residential project of converting from an oil boiler to a high efficiency natural gas boiler and was not disappointed. Greg was extremely honest throughout the quoting process and didn't try to sell me things I didn't want or need, only products he would stand by. Dominic did the install and he was very skilled and worked extremely hard to get me heat as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. This company went above and beyond for me during this install and I'd recommend them to anyone.
We had our central air conditioning replaced this morning and the salesman Greg and the 2 tech were very professional and did exactly what they were going to do and got done no mess or clean up needed both my wife and I were very impressed with this company and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done.
Had problems with my compressor’s burning out on my geothermal units. After 4 compressors burned out I had it. Through out the contractor and said don’t come back. Had nothing but problems with my first heat pump from Luppold heating when I built my house then went to geothermal. That didn’t work out Went looking for new HVAC companies. Out of 5 companies, M&M mechanical was the only one to investigate my problems. All along my units were too big for my house and kept short cycling which burned out my compressors. I am now on natural gas and a heat pump for a hybrid system. Have had no problems and can’t say enough about his staff and company
I had them out twice this summer. They could have sold me a whole unit and I would have been none the wiser, but they were simple fixes each time. Honest, friendly staff. Thanks guys!
July 7, 2018 These folks were absolutely outstanding, from initial contact through completion/inspection. Informative, patient, knowledgeable. Their quote was substantially better than 2 competing bids, and they expedited a huge energy supplier rebate application that other contractors didn't even mention. Greg quoted and coordinated, Dominic installed. First class service.
If you want to be scammed by a company, use this one. They are dishonest, and the work is sub par.
I cannot speak highly enough of M & M Mechanical. They came as a recommendation and I can see why from my boss (a construction company owner). The Sunday before Christmas my husband and I discovered that our downstairs bathroom was leaking and we were able to narrow it down to the toilet, which we learned had a hole in it. I called M & M the next day, thinking it would be impossible to have it fixed before Christmas and to my absolute astonishment Frank F. was at my house the very next day - with a new toilet! The workmanship is flawless. I found Frank F. to be extremely polite, extremely helpful, very honest and very quick with his work. To simply recommend M & M Mechanical, LLC is not enough. They go above and beyond the call of duty and for that, I am thankful!
