I had a new heater/AC system installed. Justin, Elijah & John installed my new system. They were very polite & professional. After the installation was complete, they showed me how to use the new thermostat and answered all my questions about my new system. I would recommend Fahrenheit HVAC to anyone who needs service or new equipment.

Fahrenheit HVAC is my #1 go to......Sean is very knowledgeable and breaks down the inner workings of my boiler system (no matter how many times I ask). He is very personable, yet professional. I recommend their services to anyone having heating issues!
The technicians were quick to diagnose issue, quick to repair problem. The fee did not exceed service charge quoted to diagnose issue. I was extremely hsppy about that because it seldom works out that way.
Tech arrived on time and was very methodical in his exam of my boiler. Advused that initual installation was improper and wrote up corrections needed. Supervisor to review and provide estimate for repairs. Initial visit on 2/8/22; I have spoken to two different different men and sent an email - still no response and no estimate as of 2/26/22.
Andrew, my service technician, was amiable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient as I peppered him with questions as to why my heat/furnace had gone out. He patiently answered my questions and sympathized with my frustration. When Andrew restored heat to the house and as the beautiful sound of heat rising through the vents again was heard, I asked Andrew how much for the service. His reply: No charge. When I asked why, he said he had done nothing. Besides being surprised I was most grateful for his honesty. If all of Fahrenheit’s technicians are as honest and caring as Andrew, you bet I will use them again and recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you, Andrew. And thank you Fahrenheit for responding to my desperate pleas for help as quickly as you did.
Replaced a hot water boiler with all new and upgraded fittings. Worked fast, cleanly, professionally. Techs were friendly and courteous. Did all the work in one day. Best you could hire. I would recommend them for any HVAC repair.

My technician was very prompt, very knowledgeable and took his time to explain things to me and figure out options. He didn’t wear a mask, which I didn’t ask him too but I was surprised because I think people should default to masking and then ask to not wear a mask when coming into your house. Let me emphasize he was very nice, but he is “old school” lives in the NorthEast. He was telling me a story of working another job (I’m White) he described the other client as “colored”….My neighbor is an older Black man, he had a good experience with the same technician and referred me, but just an FYI at minimum there are some vernacular issues there.
We had Fahrenheit come in and install a new AC system and an indirect water heater for our home. The company was always responsive and sent as many techs as needed to our home to do the work in a timely fashion (which at some point I believe was 6 at once). It was definitely expensive work, but Fahrenheit was below two other estimates we had received. We did end up needing to replace all of our ductwork, as it was full of water, unbeknownst to anyone beforehand, not even us. The crew did move and reconfigure our AC into the center of our attic to get better distribution through the house, as it was poorly reconfigured previously. We are also so happy to have hot water in all of ours showers and baths now!
The technicians from Fahrenheit came out promptly when one of my heat pumps stopped working during the coldest week of the year. They diagnosed the problem, showed me photos to validate their findings, and recommended a solution. They came out THE NEXT DAY (on a Saturday) and installed a new heat pump. They were courteous, clearly knew what they were doing, and did not make a mess. They completed the work on time. The fact that they guarantee their work (all aspects of it) and the unit for 2 years was important, as well. I would absolutely recommend them and use their services again.
The company was very professional custom service was outstanding they mad sure everything up to code and very courtesy.
I found the customer representative and technicians to be efficient, thorough, and concise, in converting a very old oil heater over to Gas, They were professional and courteous and followed-up to ascertain my satisfaction with the new heating unit and if I had any questions. I highly recommend this company, if seeking a new heating unit and especially if you are converting from a very old unit. If needed, they will secure temporary financing, which can be paid off at any time.
The men who put in the new system were very polite and cleaned up after them self and they had a mask on and shoes covered when they came in the house. I feel that the cost was a little expensive.
They determined that the HVAC heating system we had was not functioning the best .. the system was over 15 years old. So Fahrenheit HVAC replaced the entire heating system. We are happy with the results.
