I called about a problem at 8:30 AM and the service tech arrived around 10:30 AM. The problem was fixed within 30 min. and the AC was back on. Thank you.

We have been working with Mark and the Perfect Degree team over the past 3 years for HVAC maintenance. They have bailed us out of two situations when our heat failed during snowstorms, a tough circumstance with small children in the house! We recently replaced our entire HVAC system. As always, the Perfect Degree team delivered. Consistently great to work with, professional, and courteous. I cannot thank Perfect Degree for being such a great company to work with!

Gas boiler service
During one of those hot spring days our A/C did not seem to be cooling our home properly. Mark was able to come out and diagnose our system with a faulty TXV. James was able to come out and replace the part and have our system up and running. Perfect Degree was able to do all of these things quickly, efficiently and professionally. Thank you Mark, James and the entire Perfect Degree team for making this process easy.
Perfect Degree fixed my broken central within 8 hours of contacting them . James was professional, upfront and responsive. . I had a slight issue with the new blower fan after it was installed but James promptly replied to my message and fixed the issue first thing the next day! My ac is working beautifully, Thank you, James !

Great response time, I contacted them at 11pm and had an email and text the next morning. They were very knowledgeable and explained to me what was failing on my old heater. We went through a few options together and came up with the best solution. They put drop cloths down when carrying the heater in to make sure my floors were ok, and did a great job all around. Love the new heater, would highly recommend.

I am so thrilled to give them 5 Stars here. I’ve been having a problem with newly installed Fujitsu mini split multi units since this spring. The installer came out twice, but they could not fix the problem. When I called James for help, he spent time to figure out what the problem was. We were on the phone maybe for 20 minutes. Today the technician James came out and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and patient. He was very friendly and I was very pleased with his work. This company provided the excellent customer service and it was far beyond my expectations!!!!! I highly truly recommend “Perfect Degree HVAC”!!!!!!!!!!
Mark really came through for me when my ductless system went down at the beginning of a heatwave. They had my system replaced, up and running within a few days.
Many thanks to Perfect Degree for their install of our new HVAC system prior to the start of the summer! Mark was prompt, professional and efficient. Jim handled the financial portion over the phone and was a joy to work with. We decided to get our HVAC replaced last minute and Perfect Degree was able to fit us into their schedule before we even expected them to. They removed and hauled away our old system and replaced it with an energy efficient unit in short order. We're now saving on our electric bill and able to enjoy the summer thanks to Perfect Degree. A big thanks from our whole family!
Just before Memorial Day weekend our mini split started freezing up. I went online to find that most of the time the coils and filter are dirty. I cleaned everything and thought it was fixed. To my surprise it froze up again. I called and spoke to James and, because they had no appointments available until after the weekend, he tried troubleshooting the unit and spent over ten minutes on the phone. Unfortunately we could not fix it without someone coming to the house. We set an appointment on Tuesday. Mark, an amazing technician, diagnosed it as a refrigerant issue and fixed it quickly. He kept me updated throughout the process and even checked the main unit to ensure it was running efficiently. I would highly recommend Perfect Degree. Mark and James were detailed, professional and great to work with. Also the cost was very reasonable.
