We're really glad that we were connected to the team at Sol Heating and Cooling. When we purchased our home, we called the number on our HVAC system and the technician from another company immediately told us that we were leaking carbon monoxide and needed a new system. I called Dave for a second opinion, and he spent over an hour explaining how my system works, that the other company had flat out lied to me, that there was no carbon monoxide leak, and further explained what the real issues with our system were. It's very important to have contractors that you trust, and we have that with Sol. It's not a different technician every time, Dave and his partner know our family, our concerns, and our home's system, and we're glad that we are working with them.

Dave from Sol gave us a great proposal for our new heat pump system, and he and his crew did a superb job with the installation, keeping us informed along every step of the way. At all times they were courteous and considerate of our time, space, and all special considerations due to COVID. I will give my strongest recommendation to friends or family who need any HVAC services in the future.
The HVAC company that will instill your faith in humanity. Dave and Jeff are true professionals with a respect for community. They have been to our house countless times for various reasons, as we have a monthly service contract with them. They don't have oodles of technicians that don't know you or your home. As a result, they remember every past issue and all the quirks of your system. Each time they come, they are prompt, they address the issue, and they genuinely care. They hold themselves accountable for their work, and their performance is as good as it gets! What more could you ask for?
The gentlemen from Sol are great. They respond quickly and are fair and honest with pricing.. which seems to be a rarity in the HVAC industry. I highly recommend them.
I have a service contract with Sol & they got out here immediately when my AC failed. Followed through on their word, and was there when I needed them.
Dave and SOL team are top notch. It started off with the initial estimate. The cost for my HVAC unit to be repaired could not be matched. I was able to get him to even match another company's 10 yrs labor warranty for less. They installed it in half a half a day and that was even with him answering service calls along the way. He handled each of those service calls like he was in the office. Very professional and promised call backs when he had more free time later in the day. I will be recommending SOL Heating and Cooling to others going forward.

Jeff and Dave are very knowledgeable and immediately respond to emergencies. They are respectful of your time and always call if they are behind schedule due to a prior job.
Responsive & skilled service for regular maintenance. Very disappointed in their estimate of almost $700 for a pressure reduction valve replacement that I had a local plumber perform for $221.

These guys are great. I found them in the summer when my AC started acting up; they came to my house the same day I called (other HVAC companies told me the earliest they could come out was 4-6 weeks!) and Jeff did a great job of explaining what was wrong, what my options were, and how much it would cost. I signed up for a service agreement that day. They replaced my furnace in the fall and same thing, Dave came to our house to explain the options and the annual costs associated with each. The pricing both times was very fair and both times they did a thorough job. Their level of customer service is awesome and I couldn’t recommend them enough!
We give much praise and appreciation to Dave and his staff at SOL. Their work was accomplished with accuracy, thoroughness, and efficiency. Communication skills are super: we had one of the best educational sessions on heat pumps, every step of the process was explained to us, and there was openness to ideas, suggestions, and requests. All staff are very knowledgeable, reliable, and professional. We highly recommend SOL for your heating and cooling needs.

My family could not speak any higher about the entirety of our experiences working with Dave and Jeff. My wife and I purchased an older fixer-upper home that had outdated and barely functioning HVAC units. When we met with Dave, he did a thorough assessment of everything and helped educate us about the different options that we had to replace them. He then provided us with quotes in a very timely manner and made us feel very confident about our decisions. For someone that doesn’t know much about this field, he took the time to explain things how I would understand them and answer any questions that I had. During the installation, Dave and Jeff did an amazing job installing both units despite the complexities of our older home. They did this while also having to work through single degree temperatures outside through most of the time they were here. They were extremely organized, clean, and skillful throughout the entire process and despite the extreme weather challenges finished perfectly on schedule. Their work completely changed the living environment in our home and we could not be happier. Now that both units are installed, Dave and Jeff are able to monitor our entire system remotely and having that piece of mind is amazing. Anytime there is any issue, they are notified immediately and each time they have come over within 24 hours to provide service. This included recently when a renovation to our home unexpectedly knocked out both of our units. Our system alerted them and on a FRIDAY NIGHT Jeff called my directly about the issue and within 30 minutes arrived to fix it. ON A FRIDAY NIGHT, Jeff worked at our home until 10PM to fix everything. You cannot believe how much of a lifesaver this was when we have two little kids and my wife is pregnant and were facing a weekend of temperatures in the upper 90’s without any HVAC. I Jeff a big hug on his way out. I could not speak any higher of SOL HVAC. Dave and Jeff are absolutely amazing people and my
