Our HVAC stopped working on a very humid Sunday, we called and left a voicemail and within the hour we got a call back from Justin setting up a time for the following morning (it was not an emergency). He was on time, professional, and ever so knowledgeable about what was going on. Within minutes of meeting him I knew I trusted his input and recommendations. He even loved on my big Rottweiler- win win for us!
Justin was very flexible with giving me options on how to keep the price lower when my heat pump had to be completely replaced which I appreciate . He replaced the outdoor unit and it works great. He was very professional and communicative. I would recommend him to anyone!

Precision Temperature HVAC was, by far, the most responsibly priced HVAC installation quote I got. They replaced our AC and heating unit. Justin ordered the equipment immediately and it got delivered timely. One part came damaged from the warehouse, so he had it returned and a new one was at our house in a matter of days. Right after it was delivered, he completed the installation. He cleaned the areas and left no trash. Many contractors have to be chased down and hounded for them to complete their jobs. Not Precision Temperature HVAC. Justin was always professional, on time and communicated with us throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Temperature HVAC. It saves us $3,000 and the customer service was excellent.
Very quick response to diagnose and get the heating running on Saturday morning. Justin did a thorough check of the HVAC system and diagnosed the problem. Was able to get it running all weekend, long enough to replace a part later in the week. Quick and professional service.
I called this company on a recommendation and couldn’t be happier with the person that came to my home or the work that was done. He came right over and went straight to work and even helped get my new humidifier tied in properly. I can’t recommend this company enough!
