I have used Henderson several times. They are always prompt. All of the techs were professional and knowledgable. In addition to the great Techs, they have a great customer service team. Very polite and professional as well. Would highly recommend. Donald Harrison was exceptional with exploring every aspect of my HVAC to get my air conditioning to work, explaining every thing that he was doing. Polite and professional. The job required more extensive work. Henderson sent a Tech, Anthony Falcone. to my home this morning. Anthony explained to me everything that he would be doing, he was very professional and polite. He worked long hours and successfully rectified my problem. He sat with me, took his time and explained everything in detail that he did, while sharing visuals to support My experience with WM Henderson remains at a high 5 star rating.

I already had 3 different specialist out to my house so I already knew the exact issue. They came to my house looked me in my face told me my system was shot and would need a repair that would cost me over $5000. They insisted I replace the unit. My unit is now repaired it cost $700 these guys are actual scammers avoid at all cost! They reached out to me today in an attempt to remove my review. It will be staying here because they actually tried to scam me into paying $13k for a new ac unit!
Dan McCarthy is an excellent diagnostician with video evidence and explains options, problems, and solutions. This is the second time we are using his services and appreciate his help in optimizing our outside drainage pipes.

Technician Jim Whitton and Assistant Ismael did a wonderful Job installing new toilet and vanity in bathroom. Jim was very knowledgeable, patient and responsive to all questions. Both acted in very professional manner. And they fully cleaned up after their work.
AC tech (Kyle) was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Service plan is worth every penny to keep your plumbing system running efficiently and issue-free.
They cut corners , epa needs to investigate the company they don't claim their Refrigerant. I was their when the technician cut the compressor and let the refrigerant bleed cause it took to long to reclaim it. The don't practice epa guidelines.
Chris Cannon was extremely polite, kind and knowledgeable. My recently purchased, installed hot water heater’s sensor triggered the hot water heater’s built-in alarm during basement flooding. Chris arrived promptly, and after the alarm was turned off, Chris provided instructions and advice in case a flooding event occurs again.
I just needed to turn off the hot water in my sink. Was having no luck doing it myself. At first I had sticker shock but when I told the tech I only needed to get the water turned off, he was fine with that, and so was I, especially since the water isn't running anymore. Eventually I'll have to get the more expensive job done, but prob solved for the time being which is all I needed and didn't pay huge $. Thanks, Henderson.

The technician who came to check the HVAC was more of a salesman than a technician. This is what happens when a company heavily incentivizes its employees to sell services, including credit. Never going to use the service.
