We have been with Matthew Borden Heating and Cooling for years now and have been very happy. We do regular fall and spring maintenance appointments, which helps head off any unexpected issues. We’ve also replaced mini splits and our heating / cooling systems through them. When something does pop up, they are responsive. Highly recommend.
EXCELLENT service! Matt came out and took his time explaining everything in detail. Very knowledgeable and price competitive. His team headed by Curtis were very professional and I was impressed by their attention to detail. I can't say enough about Matt Borden HVAC. Curtis had to remove some plants to install the outside compressor and was kind enough to salvage them for me to replant! You can't go wrong with a family owned company like Matt's.

Matt Borden's company is everything you need. They are experts who take the time to understand what you need and deliver it with speed and quality. They installed a new HVAC system perfectly and competitively priced. Their preventative maintenance found an issue before the heat came - a big win. We have used the services of Matt Borden for about 27 years. The company has resolved issues with our heating and air conditioning systems. Borden Heating and Cooling has been our "go to" provider for several years. After some less than stellar experiences with other firms in the area when our 8 year old system died we knew we had to get better service and equipment. Enter Borden Heating and Cooling. They installed a new system with better equipment, lower operating costs, and less maintenance. Did I mention at a lower purchase price? Since that time, many years ago, the only repair was to install a new thermostat. regular service is performed every 6 months with filter replacement every second visit. The Service Techs are fully knowledgeable of the systems, are efficient in their service and are always prompt and neat. We could not be happier!

We have been using Matt Borden for at least a decade. Previously we had been using some other company (which I will not name) to install and maintain our systems. That company came out one day to do a repair and told us we needed a whole new system. Not knowing anything about HVAC systems, but knowing how well we maintained them, we doubted that assessment. It was then that we called Matt Borden to get a "second opinion". Matt Borden told us we did not need a new system, made the repair, replacing an inexpensive part. From that point forward we used Matt Borden to maintain our systems and we got at least another seven years out of the existing system! (The previous company was clearly trying to sell us a bill of goods.) When the time finally did came, we had Matt Borden install the new one with which we are very pleased. Matt Borden's crew do great work, they are always friendly, professional and respectful. They have proven themselves to be worthy of our trust and we would (and have) recommend them to everyone!
