I was very surprised and pleased to get a same day appointment The service employee was very professional , quickly diagnosed the problem, and gave us reasonable options. Based on this experience , I would definitely recommend them
I've known of Mark Allen Plumbing, HVAC for quite some time. Recently the air conditioner for the nonprofit I run in Bethel Park stopped running. I decided to give them a try. They were fantastic as they were able get to me very quickly and their techs were extremely professional. They kept me completely informed and they got us up and running in no time. I'd highly recommend Mark Allen to anyone and I look forward to using them again in the future!!

Got a bid from a competitor at almost double the price. Mark Allen was recommended. They were respectful, almost half the price and great to work with from Patty the Office Mgr who was so kind and helpful to my needs and concerns, to Mike the Service Mgr who came out promptly and explained the procedure and gave me a quote I could live with using a great brand and then having the installers Tim and Matt do a great job. Matt dealt with the outside unit while Tim took care of the inside unit. They both were very meticulous, careful and caring. Very happy with their service overall. Thanks gang!!
Had new furnace/AC put in last Nov. Had issues over the incorrect filter that did not fit in the air cleaner. Finally got that resolved. Put what I thought was the A/C on this Memorial Day. House was not cooling down. A Tech came out and checked the furnace and A/C. Found out the fan was the only thing running for who knows how many hours. The problem was the technician who installed the furnace & AC in Nov. never wired the outside A/C unit to the thermostat inside the house. That was fixed. Noticed yesterday that the concrete slab that the furnace was installed on is cracked down one side and a chip broken off towards the back. The inferior work from this company has been never ending. I would not recommend them to anyone. I wonder how high my electric bill is going to be from the fan running constantly instead of the A/C unit working correctly. Update on this review. The day after writing this review, I received a call from the new General Manager, Mike, to come and inspect my furnace & A/C unit. Found out that original installers had not done quality work. 3 days later 2 new employees came and redid the original installation correctly. at no charge. I have to thank Mark Allen for his integrity and honesty to resolve my issues. I also want to thank Mike and his crew for a job well done. They are a definite asset to this company. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family and call them myself if a need arises.
Really appreciate the good service on my HVAC. Erik, Carl & today Josh have all been very patient with this senior. Found that I can trust this company & means so much. Just a little edit: Since last visit my unit was running like a champ & I was Weed whacking around unit & sliced a wire. I panicked! Called Mark Allen & they were able to get someone out within an hour...and during evening hours! Glenn came & put unit right & no one made me feel foolish, well, I knew to feel foolish. Thanks again to the team at Mark Allen - real heros!!!
They came out to fix a sewage backup, and told us we needed to replace the house trap. We were going through our home owners insurance to cover some of the cost and the insurance company had a hard time getting ahold of them. They also could not tell the insurance company why the house trap needed replaced even though I and the insurance company reached out to them several times. Ended up getting a second opinion from another plumber and that plumber found no issue with the house trap. Also cost over $1500 to replace a water heater which I know everything is getting more expensive but that still seems high.
I got an appointment very quickly which was very helpful. Jason showed up within the time frame and got the work done. Great job!
Been to my house 4 times and couldn’t fix my unit they kept ordering parts that didn’t need replace so I hire Danillo heating and they replace the mother board which fixed it immediately.
I called Mark Allen Plumbing to replace an old toilet that I had been wanting to take care of for quite some time . An hour after my initial call , Jesse arrived at my home and quickly and efficiently took out the old one and installed a new one . Within about 2 hours of my request , I had a new toilet with zero hassles . Not only was Jesse the ultimate professional but he was a really nice guy , an absolute pleasure to talk to . I will certainly call Mark Allen Plumbing again in the future if their services are again required . Thanks again Jesse!
Got to me the same day to make sure the air conditioner was taken care of with family coming home couldn't have asked her better service or a better technician
We started with what we hoped would be a small repair but turned into something major. Mark Allen Plumbing corrected our decades long problems and did everything necessary to not disrupt our business during the repair. They made it cost effective and painless. Their plumbers were always on time, pleasant and a joy to work with. Can't recommend them enough.
They returned my call and installed a hot water tank the same day. The price was high but I appreciated their fast response and expert service. Both the office workers and the technicians were professional, kind, and friendly. I will use them again for future needs.

I'm not sure where to start, but the entire team exceeded my expectations in friendliness, timeliness, and effectiveness. I had a project that required an incredible amount of work; But Bill, Josh, Eric, Tim, Tom, Glenn, Zach, and Bob were all super helpful on-site. With every interaction I had with them, it was obvious to me that they cared deeply about doing things the right way, and doing right by the customer. They were all incredibly courteous, patient and thoughtful in their execution on this project, and I am grateful for their time and hard work. I would be delighted to work with Mark Allen and Co. again in the future. I'd also like to thank the administrative and support team for helping to facilitate and execute this project. They were beyond pleasant to speak with, and very helpful and accommodating for my schedule. 5 out of 5 stars, easily.
Bill A replaced a leaky faucet, a new shut off valve. He was the first plumber to come to my house that actually checked my water pressure. He found it faulty and replaced that. I thought he was polite and friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly.
