They probably are a great company. But a service truck has no respect for blocking a sidewalk. Really inconsiderate for people trying to walk on the sidewalk. I know nothing about their service but that would be a turn off.

The guys did a great job installing my mini-split system in my house! They were professional and friendly, and did not mind my crazy dog. They were conscientious about making sure the doors were closed so the cats did not escape. They communicated daily and kept me informed as the job progressed, and what to expect. I highly recommend this company!
Patrick showed up on time and was very professional. Wore shoe covers in the house and left the job site very neat . He appears to know his job well and is receptive to questions about what he is doing. He is also the tech that has come the last few years. It's always nice to see a familiar face when it comes to repairs and maintenance in your home
We have an older home and other companies would not take our business. Faust came to the rescue and installed A/C in our house. They were extremely professional and so friendly to our two dogs and just so easy to deal with. They did a fantastic job and our house is like brand new. Our allergies are better, we sleep better and the system works beautifully. We highly recommend their services.
Shane came out to service our equipment, as always another great experience with Faust Heating and Air Conditioning.

I have used Faust Heating & A/C since I moved back to the Lehigh Valley six years ago. They are always courteous, professional and prompt - especially today (Saturday) when Shane responded to my emergency call. I realized late last night that I had no heat. I wasn't freezing (outside temp was 41), but I knew I didn't want to wait until Monday morning to call. Shane was here by 8:00 a.m. and discovered that the problem wasn't the compressor, but a pressure switch wire had rubbed through and touched the copper wire causing the fuse to blow. Shane diagnosed the problem, repaired it (made sure other wires were rerouted where necessary), and was on his way by 10:00 a.m. I was kept informed throughout this process. Thanks Shane for a job well done!

New to the area and I was in need of someone to look at my furnace,had a few people tell me who services there property,I decided to look on my own I'm glad I did, Shane from Faust heating and AC came promptly when scheduled, explained to me what he had done and suggested what else could be done to make my furnace run more efficiently, Thank You Shane and Faust, also there local in the Bath area Lol now there stuck with me, Highly recommend, Thanks again ✌️

Faust has serviced us in the past, and they have replaced our existing heat/AC systems. They are always professional, easy to deal with, and quick to solve our problems.
Jarred, Axel, Logan and Joe all did a fabulous job at my house. Jarred diagnosed the problem and explained it to me so I could understand. Unfortunately, my HVAC system had become unsafe, and was never the right size for the house (installed by former owner... gotta love DIYers!) and the rest of the team removed the dying system and put in a new one. The cost was not fun, but I don't feel that I was overcharged. It was a lot of work. Axel, Logan and Joe were the most polite and friendly workers I've ever had at my house and you could tell they like their jobs. It makes a difference. Faust has been good to me since I moved to the area and I won't be going anywhere else. Great team!

I see this is my second review for Faust in as many years. Yesterday (Oct 2022) Patrick was the HVAC technician who came to do the annual heating maintenance. Patrick told us that he had noticed that there was a lot of lint on the surfaces in our basement and advised us to check our dryer vent. (We had not noticed this). He then did a check of the outside, and pointed out that our outside dryer vent was partially covered, and when he felt inside, he could tell that there was a large collection of lint within. He warned that this could be a fire hazard. He suggested we hire someone to clean it all out. After Patrick left, my husband took a look and decided to replace the hose that goes from the dryer to the outside vent. WE removed the cover that had been put there to keep critters out (but which did not make sense to do). So, now we feel it is clean and safe. But, were it not for Patrick doing the heating maintenance and giving us advice about the dryer's ventilation, we might have had a house fire. So, we are very grateful we had hired a knowledgeable professional, Patrick, from Faust HVAC - a great company. I wrote the following review in 2020 .We needed an annual maintenance and wished to make a connection with a company we could rely on in the future when needs arise. A friend recommended Faust to us, and it seems like a good match for us. The pricing was reasonable, and though I am no technician, I got the feeling that Shane was thorough, knowledgable and professional in every way. And the man who set up the appt., Bill, was personable, pleasant and patient. What's not to like about Faust Heating and A/C?
