We have had the best experience with the their office in getting a New System Quote for our home. The knowledge & advice as to what we needed was appreciated especially with the budget. Very accomodating to our requests. Very Clean! SO looking forward to enjoying my new system. Also learning the new google nest thermostat to efficiently cool our home per our routines. Fantastic office staff in helping with the savings rebates.

My hot water heater died today. I called this company at 9am. My new hot water heater was installed by 1pm !!!!! - I am Very happy with the professionalism, and the response time. I will continue to use them for my air conditioning and heating needs.

Just ordered a mini-split for my garage. I know they will do a great job as they always do. Update: My mini-split is installed. Beautiful job. Works perfectly.
When my hot water heater stopped working, I called and they came the same day to find the problem and replaced it.. When I turned on the air conditioning in the summer, they found all the freon had all leaked out. They replaced my air conditioner the next day at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Rob and his crew are always so professional and trustworthy. We have been using All Air Solutions for 20 years now, wouldn't think of using anyone else! If you want someone to be honest with you and not steer you to the most expensive project then Rob is your man! He cares about his customers and proves it! We had All Air Solutions install out hvac system as well as ducts 8 years ago. Since then we have raved about the service Rob provided and recommended him to everyone who asked. That has all changed this past week. A week ago our ac stopped working. We called and spoke to someone on a Saturday and set up an appointment for the next Tuesday. Tuesday came and I received a call from Rob telling me they no longer service Bryant systems because they were having issues getting paid for warranty claims. He suggested I find another company and one closer. The fact that they waited until the day of to cancel our appointment was annoying enough but it is what it is so we scheduled with someone else. The other company came today and told us that they could fix our system but that no one ever submitted our warranty registration so we now have to pay $1600 out of pocket. My husband distinctly remembers Rob telling him that he would take care of all of the warranty paperwork and apparently he never did. Makes sense now why Rob refused to come fix it. So we’re now out $1600 and lost 5 years of a warranty that was supposed to be submitted on our behalf years ago. My referrals will now be warnings to others about this company.
We had AC unit installed in a in a split level home with no duck work just baseboard heat. From beginning process to the end results my wife an I couldn’t be more pleased. Work was scheduled to take four days and was completed in 3 and a half days. I can’t say enough about the installers all three where very professional and cleaned up every day I had nothing to clean. They showed up on time every day and where more than happy to answer all the questions I had and explained everything they where doing.( I always ask ton of questions about everything) On time ,no hidden ,cost very professional and easy to work with. From install to billing to owner of company we had an excellent experience not even one minor complaint. I very rarely write reviews but his time I had to, 100% satisfied new customer.

Today our Guinea pig got stuck in our air vent, I called after hours, left a message and they got back to me in ten minutes and arrived here within an hour! It took some time but they rescued her! Very professional, friendly, understanding. Wonderful to work with! Highly recommended! 5 stars!
