I couldn't be happier. I had a problem with my furnace. Called at 8 AM, by 9 they were here. Done and gone by 10. Everything works perfectly, no mess left behind. I would highly recommend them for any service you need.
I will like to take a little time to review p&L I contact the office couple weeks ago and ask for a quote, the lady told me straight out (we are not interested to work with you).I am not sure why maybe because I am Hispanic or something else. I call today and ask to spoke with Matthew the owner and ones again she was very rude and told me I can not talk to him. don’t even bother to contact them is the worst company.
I don't know what has happened to this place, but it is not good. They used to be so responsive. Now Katie will lie to you and say she will call back and does not. Matt won't even reply to my email. We've had something die in the vents and they, apparently, do not want to deal with our issue. I guess I'm going to have to go to the other HVAC place in town. They at lease seem responsive.
P&L installed our new heat pump system about 10 years ago and it's all been great. Recently, we found that our thermostat/control would not respond to command/buttons pushed and I suspected that a fault in the control unit was the cause. I called them to see about getting it sorted out and they insisted that they needed to schedule a 'service call' to our house, even though I told them I could detach the control faceplate and bring it to them to test. They refused. Finally I asked for a time we could schedule, got no answer. I decided to just get the model number and order a new control panel from Amazon; plugged the new one into the base unit and everything's working fine now. I just saved the cost of a service call for something they could have easily checked out without coming to my house. I like to give my business to locals when I can, but when they simply try to generate service fees for something that can be determined without that, I'm not surprised when folks take their business elsewhere especially given any lack of consideration for the fact that we purchased the system from them at a very high cost originally. I call that poor customer service.
I called them this Morning and they were hear the same day. The lady in the phone told me to turn my breaker off and none of the other people I called did that. The owner showed up fixed my heater in like 10 MINUTES he is super friendly and informative very nice guy. This is the only heating company I will use from HERE ON out EVEN IF I HAVE TO WAIT..!!! Thank guys your the best….!!!!
Excellent job of installing a ducted heating system in our beach cabin. We are glad they had us do an add on remote control system First rate work, very happy with the results!!! Good people.

Technician that showed up was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous! He gave a rough estimate of how the work would go, and seemed eager to do a good job, not just get the job done. We will call P and L again for our heating system needs!
Our heat was out after hours and they made sure we had heat for the night. P&L is #1 in our book!!!
Just moved to Tillamook and did not know anything about heat pumps. Received an education along with excellent inspection and maintenance of our heat pump, cleaned out ducts and sanitized them. A very competent and nice crew as well as office staff which were excellent. Thanks guys.
Amazing service. My heater was not working correctly and they sent someone out the same day . I had a very tight schedule that day and was late getting home . The service technician waited for me and the lady at the office was wonderful. Very professional, very nice and did a wonderful job

They have "REPAIRED" furnace twice. The service call was NOT on time and wasted half a day waiting for them to show up. Called to service same problem again this time charged more .Overall a very laid back company that is local for a reason. THEY HAVE JOB SECURITY HERE WITH THIS STYLE OF SERVICE.
