Seaton Heating and AC installed a ductless heat and ac system in my home and I am extremely happy! Josh was quick to respond to emails and messages. We set up a time and he arrived when he said he would. The unit is sooooo quiet and my home is cool and comfortable!

Josh, the owner, is everything we hope for in a contractor: knowledgable, skilled, honest, courteous, professional, and has integrity (does what he says). We are so happy we went with Josh to replace our ancient heat pump system. He got us up and going quickly so that we could cool the house down right away again on those 100 degree summer days. Definitely recommend Seaton Heating. I called Seton Heating after another company was unable to troubleshoot a problem with our heat pump. Josh was quick to respond, on time the next day, and quickly identified the problem. He even messaged me later to make sure everything was working. Excellent customer service and very professional. We are so happy that we found Josh! He responded quickly and professionally, even texted me on a weekend. He came out the next day and later provided us with a bid of 3 options so we could choose what best fit our needs and budget. Within 2 weeks we had central air installed. Seaton Heating & AC was recommended by several friends. He reached out to me on a weekend with questions and then set appointment to come look at system. He provided a professional bid with a couple of different options we didn't think about at the time. A couple of other places that we reached out to said they would provide a bid but never did. He is very professional, detailed, great communication, and work looks great. I would highly recommend him!
Seaton heating was AMAZING! Josh does impeccable work. He is thorough, meticulous, and follows through with what he says he will do. He goes above and beyond to provide friendly, expert, help. He is positive and puts in the extra time to do the job right! We couldn’t be happier with the work he did for us, installing a new furnace and HVAC and repairing the duct work. What a nice man!

Josh went above and beyond and totally exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our new ductless mini split and the quality of the work is outstanding. The best part was his prices were less than half of the local competition. I would never use anyone else.
