My whole house AC unit failed on the Friday before 4th of July weekend just when the weather was forecast to get really hot. I called 4 different HVAC companies on Friday afternoon to see who might be able to fix the AC unit. All of them except Rice's told me it would be 4 or 5 days before they could come out. Rice's said they would put me on call for the following Monday but as everyone was so busy, they couldn't guarantee they'd make it. The next day, Saturday morning, they called me saying they'd be here within the hour. Excellent news as it was already getting really hot and we had family coming to stay at our house. Calvin was here in 15 minutes after they called and had my AC unit working in less than half an hour. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I feel like they really go the extra mile to help their customers. I highly, highly recommend Rice's Heating & Air Conditioning.
We love rice's Heating! It's a family business and the owners are incredibly kind and do extra things for the community and people in need that they would never publicly admit, but we have seen firsthand! Their employees have been professional. We are thankful we can always count on them to do a great job for our heating and cooling needs! They installed heating 9 years ago at our house in Corvallis and worked quickly and the quality was awesome. When we bought a new home outside of Corvallis, they fixed our broken air conditioner. They are a trustworthy company! Highly recommend them!
Our air conditioner failed as we were heading into a very hot weekend. I made a call at 4:45 on a Friday and a service tech was at hour house early Saturday afternoon. A new part was needed, ordered, and installed by Wednesday. Excellent, professional, responsive service on the part of the technician. The office staff was extremely helpful and kept us informed of our status along the way. We have been customers of Rice's Heating and Cooling for 15 years and we couldn't be happier with their service.

In the middle of last years heat wave my 15 year old AC gave out. Calvin and his crew were at my house within 24 hours and found the problem, the unit was old and needed replaced. They made every attempt to fix it the unit but it could not be fixed. Calvin immediately placed an order for a new unit and it was here in about a week. The install ran long and though it was after hours they stayed to finish the install, got the unit running and made sure this hot momma was able to sleep in a cool house that night. I highly recommend Rice’s Heating and Air Conditioning. The service was excellent, Calvin and his gang are very knowledgeable. Truly a five star business and crew. You won’t be disappointed!

Rice Heating installed a new furnace in our house. Took our old equipment and installed the new system very quickly. We were able to get air moving in our house again quickly. We use Rice Heating for all our heating and A/C needs.

The best service around. Rice Heating is always willing to go out of their way to accommodate. Every time I call, they get us on the schedule ASAP. Their office staff is very friendly and professional as well as their technicians. I have used Rices Heating for installs and maintenance. They have always been dependable, on time, and have right parts when they come. They communicate what is going on and how they repaired our units. They came out on a Sunday at the start of a hot spell to make sure we had AC during the the heat wave. It was greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.
