Super impressed! From initial quote to install, they were very professional, showed up on time, and were very efficient and friendly. Price quote was detailed and thorough so we knew exactly what to expect as far as equipment being installed, electrical costs, and labor. We had 3 other quotes from different companies and not one detailed as thorough as Walker. Really happy with our choice and highly recommend!
Walker was able to get to my home within 2 days, where others were booked out over a week. They were on time, diagnosed the furnace issue, AND had the part in stock. Appreciate them!
We absolutely love this company!!! We woke up this morning to our furnace not coming on, I reached out to them and they came over and installed a new thermostat and we were told that it was covered under warranty!!!!!
The furnace failed at one of my properties in January during a period of very cold weather. Kylan was able to get a furnace delivered overnight and did the install within a couple days. Very much appreciated!
Cold air is very important while running a butcher shop. Walker Heating and AC performs all of our yearly preventive maintenance work and recently replaced a very old unit that stopped working in the retail area. Kylan even came out on Saturday to complete the work. We are very happy with the custom service and love supporting local businesses.
A new furnace was needed in one of our rentals and Walker Heating & AC bid and installed the project earlier than scheduled. The experience was beyond professional with response time and communication with the office personnel. Highly recommend you give them a chance, you won't be disappointed!

We could not be happier with Walker Heating from the first phone call to the finial installation. Kind, fast, friendly and most of all honest. Took the time to answer all are many questions and concerns. Very prompt and know what they are doing, We recommend them to everyone that ask us who did are ductless system. We are so happy we went with Walker Heating. AND they even gave us a military discount
I had scheduled them to come out and fix my AC and waited several weeks. The younger kid who initially came out misdiagnosed the problem and electrocuted himself in the process because he didn't make sure the AC was disconnected/power was off. And after being on the hook waiting for them to fix the problem for several weeks, they tell me that I need to find someone else to fix it because they don't have the staffing to fix it until late August/early September. They should have disclosed the possibility of not being able to resolve the issue if it was a larger issue. Now it's going to be 90 degrees this week with no AC. Update: Another company came out and located the leak within 5 minutes at the unit inside of the garage. My guess is Walker Heating didn't even look at the unit in the garage. The cause of the leak was a loose fitting. And being that this was not a difficult fix, I can only assume they were being lazy and/or were trying to rack up $ for service calls.
Sometimes they will have used water heaters.....just catch em after a big job.
Great price, very good work and craftsmanship, I would recommend walker heating for any of your hvac needs.

Outstanding customer service. Showed up on time for both initial inspection and also for the actual install. We replaced old HVAC system and we weren't sure which way to go, they give us some options and thoroughly explained each. It was a complete removal of old HVAC system and install of new...they showed up on time and were very thorough. They left no trace of the job except the new system. having gone through the summer now with the new unit, it exceeds our expectations AND the power bill is at least 75.00 lower than what we would have had with our old system. In summary...Walker Heating and AC represents the epitome of how it is supposed to go when contracting for products and services. It was a good amount of money to spend, but we came away with 100% confidence in all aspects of the goods and service Walker Heating and AC provided. There a lot of choices in HVAC contractors, based on our experience, we can highly recommend them.

My installation was an opportunity to train a new worker. Devin did an amazing job it sounded like I would have been able to learn to install it. The new worker also did a great job no complications and they were to able to finish in a timely manner.
The gentleman who came to fix our system was the best. On time, super fast while being funny and incredibly kind, and fixed our system that has had FOUR separate companies fail to fix. He made it look so easy. Could not have been happier with this company and everyone I've dealt with in it, from the phone calls to the work, you folks nailed it! Thank you for all your hard work and amazing customer service.
Very nice and professional people. They are the only people I allow to take care of my 92 year old grandma's heater cause I can trust them to be honest about everything and I know my grandma is safe if she's home alone when they come over to service her heating system and grandma feels safe & comfortable .
