This company has been charging my elderly parents for questionable annual maintenance on their relatively new heat pump to ensure it didn't have any unexpected problems. It's now non-functional in the middle of a heat wave and they said they wouldn't be able to come out for two weeks. Spend your money somewhere else.
The installation was fast and very professional for our air conditioning unit. Quality products and staff. The installers are smart, approachable and they had a certified electrician on staff for the hook up. Marshall’s was the right choice.
All work was completed within the time frame they set. Cleaned up area when finished. Luis & Shane were hard working & friendly.

I paid 7000$ for a new account and heating system and they said it had a 10 year warranty 18 months later the system isn't working and they are charging me 250$ to come out and look at the system not repair it they full on lied to me about the warranty which only includes parts not labor

People here are great, from the reception & scheduling to energy advisor, the people who installed/ checked the unit just to make sure it's working on top condition with summer season coming up; they are all wonderful, punctual & professional to work with. All i can say are positive words/ comments. Thank you.
Nick and Quade were both very professional and efficient. They got right to work upon arrival and when they completed their work cleaned everything up. They worked very well together.

Great to do business with. They do maintenance on my system yearly. There was a problem with a part they installed in January. As soon as they were made aware of it, I was on the schedule for an assessment. When they got a cancellation, I was prioritized, and the technician was here (two days before the first really hot day this year!). C. Armstrong was courteous and efficient, going through the whole system to locate the problem. Once identified (a defective part installed earlier this year), he ordered a replacement of the part (which was still under warranty) and got in touch with Desiree in their office about what caused the problem. He will return as soon as the replacement part arrives, possibly two weeks. To my great relief, Desiree authorized that these two service calls will be covered by Marshalls! Thank you so much to Marshalls. I will continue to see them every year for my "tune-up", and highly recommend them.
From quote to install of our new heat pump, Marshall's was great. Install date was timely and the crew was great. The job took longer than expected due to expected challenges with our older house and the electrician ruining behind but that didn't stop the installers from finishing everything up and taking the time to explain everything that was done at the end of their very long day.
Beginning with the sales associate who came to discuss new Heat Pump installation, through the bid process and resulting installation, Marshall’s staff was professional, available anytime for many questions, and extremely helpful. It was a great experience all the way around.
Brandon Zavala was our service tech, he showed up on time did quit work very professional. Would recommend Marshals and Brandon.
The two service men from Marshalls did the complete installation (4/21/03) of a new HVAC furnace/heat pump system (taking away the old system). They were especially careful, thorough and efficient. They arrived when the said they would, worked continuously throughout the day, allowed us to ask questions and to observe. We feel confident that we are getting an excellent system expertly installed.
My experience with Marshall's has been nothing short of horrible. We paid Marshall's to install a new furnace, add an air conditioning unit, and move our water heater. The plumber they contracted completely screwed up our pipes when moving the hot water heater leaving us unable to get more than a trickle of hot water for 4 days. They installed the AC Unit, but then completely forgot to run power to it. We discovered this months later when it was 100 degrees out. We stuck with them and had them come out to perform yearly maintenance on our brand new furnace. Unsurprisingly, everything checked out because the furnace was literally brand new. 3 months later the furnace is broken and Marshall's wants me to go without heat for a week before looking into it. Avoid this company at all costs. They are an absolute disaster and will cause you more headaches in the long run. Edit: With respect to the response below, it's true, Marshall's did not charge me for problems it caused during the installation. That's a really low bar, but I guess that's where we are. It is also true that they eventually completed the work I had already paid them for months earlier. Marshall's--Not right the first time, but eventually we'll get around to it! Finally, Marshall's did offer to come out and service the unit after i posted this review across multiple platforms and had already found a different company willing to come out the same day for less. Good riddance.
I got my air ducts and vents cleaned. Cheyenne and Chris were very professional and worked extremely hard. I have increase air flow through my vents, so I noticed the results right away. They even got a birds nest out of my dryer vents 😯. Thank you. I’ve used Marshall’s in the past for maintenance on my furnace. That’s what made me call them again. 2nd time out and same great experience. I will use them again for sure!
The service I received today from Edwin and Braedon from Marshalls was top notch. They had great knowledge of the install process in a very confident way and paid attention to every detail from start to finish! Their professionalism mixed with the quality of customer service can't be beat! I was excited about getting my new Vermont castings stove and it feels like they presented it to me on a silver platter. Thank you! I was honored !
Rick Douglas, the service technician, was very knowledgeable regarding our heat pump system, which hadn’t been operating for months. He had all the equipment he needed to service the unit, and soon had it up and running for us. He answered all our questions regarding its operation, showed us how to adjust the system remotely, and linked the system to our auxiliary furnace, to maximize the efficiency of the equipment.
Nick was on time to install our ductless HVAC system. He was very cordial, knowledgeable, and thorough.
