Worked with Tim to coordinate a tech coming out to find and evaluate a small but not insignificant gas leak that turned out to be coming from under the house. A second tech, Clayton, came and fixed the problem in about 15 minutes!

Extremely pleased!! James, the technician, was not only personable but obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to accurately troubleshoot several problems. Ordered and received a part and was here the next morning to install and finish the job. He did a great job of keeping me informed on repairs he was making. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC work!!
I've had Kent Witham Air send James out several years now to to do the annual maintenance on our ductless mini split system that they installed. He is fantastic, on time, very thorough, very personable, and I am very satisfied with his maintenance of our system. Highly recommended!
