I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with Jco!! They were referred to me by my roommate’s family, who had previously hired them for a ductless heating & cooling installation at their house & were very impressed with their service 🙂 We went with a 3 unit install at my house for full house coverage. Wesley & his crew were very professional, polite, friendly, & hardworking!! Wesley put in a lot of attention to detail & hard work while making sure the ductless units were installed to my liking & in the proper locations. One unit needed to hang where an important wall hanging of mine was - Wesley did a custom install on that unit so we didn’t have to move my wall hanging! He & his crew went above & beyond! The units look & work great! 5 Stars! Highly recommend!! 👌
Great Company! Used them to install a couple ductless systems in my 1920s farm house and wow what a huge difference! They were professional, in and out, and very responsive. Defiantly recommend using these guys!

We used Jco to install a heating/AC system. We received bids from 3 different companies. We were very happy with the efficiency in which they installed our unit, and the helpfulness of everyone at their office.

We met with several HVAC specialists when upgrading from our older gas furnace to a heat pump. Jco was the clear choice. Their presentation was less corportate and clearly knowledgable. They did not push for a sale. Our options were thoroughly explained and it was evident how a new heat pump would meet our cooling and heating needs. After living with the new system for 7 months it has worked flawlessly. When a question arose regarding our new thermostat they sent their service specialist out right away to assess the situation. Regan is knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. Our home is spread out and we are pleased that the temperature throughout is even and well regulated. We are completely satisfied with our Daikin VRV system and recommend Jco for your HVAC needs.

I am so impressed with Jco Heating & Air. I had several companies out to bid a new ductless system for my house. Jco was the only company that took the time to explain why I should size the unit properly. Other companies wanted to install a smaller unit. Now, knowing this, I notice when I go to my friends houses, their units struggle to keep up. Mine has no issues whatsoever and will likely last longer because it doesn't have to work as hard to keep up. Thank goodness I had Jco out to bid this job. I was very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism. The unit looks great and works amazingly well. I can't say enough how great the whole experience was.

I was certain I'd previously written a review, but in sending a link to this company to a friend, it's gone. In 2020 we hired JCo to replace a 20yo HVAC system with a modern heat pump. The old installation was in attic space, and we wanted to keep it there both to avoid cluttering the house, and also because the ducting met there. Several companies refused due to the small space and ladder access, but JCo gave us a fair price on a decent system, and seemed like straight shooters. The day of installation we got a call: they had mis-measured and the heat pump wouldn't fit through the attic door. We held our breath, anticipating the worst. Their solution: they upgraded us to a higher efficiency (and slightly smaller) heat pump at their own expense, since the mis-measurement was their mistake. The work was done on time, and two years later we remain very happy with the installation.
