Bids are extremely to high. Find another weatherization company
Well I would say that I would not use Emerald Valley again they put the wrong doorin patio door. Mine was a 6' and they put a 5' door in so so because I got upset with them they're not gonna do anything for me they told me that they are not gonna do business with me anymore because I was upset because I couldn't get my furniture in-and-out my door now and I was pretty upset Other than that, they did an excellent job on my windows besides me being upset about my sliding glass door, they are a good company company see what happens when you get upset you say things you don't mean. Thank you
Had a ductless system installed and am very happy with the work done. Robert and Scott the electrician were very knowledgeable and had great communication. An internet cable was inadvertently broken during the installation, and not only did they tell me about it immediately, the electrician was able to get it repaired the same day. Office staff were also very communicative and helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend their services.
I needed my garage/woodshop insulated, after finding out the hard way it wasn't. EVW were backlogged by several months, but it was worth the wait. Communication from the front office was excellent. The people who did the work were very careful and thorough, and very respectful of the machinery and hand tools all around them (believe me, that was a big source of stress). I'm dealing with a serous medical condition, and they cheerfully complied when I told them (in advance, so no surprises) to please mask up and stay masked up. They showed up on time, were very clear about a couple of options I could choose, finished in the promised time frame. Walls were patched neatly, and cleanup was thorough. Shop was a lot warmer the next day! Highly recommended.
We worked with Emerald Valley Weatherization to get insulation done on our house about a year ago, and we were happy to have them put in our ductless heating system this time around. They got the work done quickly, they always responded promptly to any questions we had, and helped us with the EWEB loan process. They were friendly and professional throughout the entire process. We would definitely recommend them for both of the jobs they have done for us!
Emerald Valley Weatherization was amazing. We would highly recommend them and will definitely be using their services again in the future. From Robert’s professionalism and knowledgeable demeanor to all the helpful ladies in the office and to Scott ,the electrician’s terrific personality and expertise… our ductless installation was an efficient and painless process. Our only regret is that we did not do this sooner…so grateful for this group of people. Thank you!
This company has the best customer service one can ask for, plus the installation was amazing. You won't be disappointed with this company and your HVAC needs. I highly recommend them to everyone.
Emerald Valley installed a window and door for us, as well as replaced another window. They were great to work with every step of the way and their work is excellent! From the initial bid to the folks at the front desk to the workers who did the installation, everyone was professional and wonderful to work with. Loving the Mitsu ductless heat pump since it was installed on Aug 30th 2021. Works perfectly bringing the heat and cool to our entire house since. A+ service from Kristin, Robert, the EVW crew and Scott the electrician.
They installed our front entry door. Very easy to work with! They were professional and communicated well.
My new windows look great, and when I had a problem with the windows needing adjustments because of my house settling, they came back out and helped me. Great service and product.
This is the only place I go for windows they are the best.
Our experience with Emerald Valley Weatherization was fantastic -- from the front-office folks who reviewed options and put together our order, to the people who came out for detailed measurements, and especially the crew that did our installation. We replaced all of the original single-pane windows from 1957 in our entire house, with new triple-pane windows from Milgard. Emerald Valley Weatherization also helped us maximize credits and rebates with these energy-efficient windows, and handled all of the paperwork related to that aspect. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to have windows replaced in your home!
I removed an A/C unit from a window, and the window wouldn't close properly. I called Emerald Valley and they sent someone over in the morning before their existing appointments so that I wouldn't have an unsecured window. Couldn't have asked for better service.
We were very happy with Emerald Valley Weatherization. Prior to the work being done, they answered any questions we had and were always available to speak with us over the phone. They also dealt with the EWEB rebate without us having to do anything after our application was approved. Although they had to delay the work due to smoke in the area, they kept us up to date on the scheduling changes daily until they had a confirmed date. They were quick and efficient with the work they did on our house, getting two separate projects done in less than a day. They cleaned up everything after their work both inside and outside. They are a friendly, professional company and we would definitely recommend them to others!
Obtained a quote three years ago and company willingly and promptly gave us an updated quote each year until we were finally ready to jump (we had a lot of wiring to complete first before the insulation could be installed, thus our delay). Kristen responds quickly and efficiently. Workers were friendly and professional, cared about the quality of their work and cleaned up after themselves. Came back the next week to fix two small concerns. We can already tell that the house is warmer and more comfortable. The temperature barely drops at night. Thank you!

Very professional and thorough - from the initial bid to completion of the work. Had two other bids along with obtaining one from Emerald Valley - one of the others never returned an estimate at all, and the other was simply a number on a piece of paper. Estimate from Emerald Valley was detailed and precise, and the work completed followed this estimate exactly. The workers were on-time, professional, friendly, and conscientious. The work was done in an extremely professional and timely manner, and the area was cleaned meticulously when completed. We would absolutely use Emerald Valley again, and will recommend them to friends.
