David and Trey were friendly and efficient when they installed our heat pump. They tidied up well after work each day and were happy to answer any questions we had. We appreciate their work!
This morning I called Sheila because our air conditioning had stopped working yesterday. I was in a panic. We have health issues that would not do well with overheating! She managed to get Anthony out this morning. Anthony really knows his stuff. He not only solved the immediate issue and replaced a part that had worn out, but checked the rest of the system and found something else that was about to fail, saving us another service call. The system is about 15 years old. Comfort Flow installed it and has maintained it. I’ve never had any regrets and always find their staff to be exceptionally knowledgeable. Definitely 5 stars!
David Reid and Trey Coleman from Comfort Flow did my ducted heat pump installation and did a great job and were a pleasure to work with. They were professional, funny and so hard working! They finished the install a whole day early which I really appreciated.
I have called upon Comfort Flow to install a furnace and heat pump system as well as maintenance on the system. I have found the service to be professional and timely. Staff have been very courteous, respectful and helpful. We are completely satisfied with the service and assistance.

Comfort Flow Heating did a great job in good time. Nice gentlemen. Ducts were beautifully cleaned. The air seemed fresher and my allergies subsided. And it cost $300 less than a competitor. Thank you!
We recently had Comfort Flow replace our old heat pump and downstairs ductwork. David and Manuel did an excellent job. They arrived when expected and were friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient. My husband was very pleased with how they worked with him to talk through and take care of all the areas he wanted to make sure were addressed with the new system. We've had Comfort Flow do work for us in the past and have always had a good experience.
I haven't had the pleasure of hiring Comfort Flow Heating yet, but I have been in contact with them for research on two issues in their area of expertise. They have been extremely informative and professional, and they have helped me understand some concerns I have as a newer homeowner. I plan to use them for my next service based on these experiences, because it's clear that they value the local community and are transparent about the work they do. It's rare to find that in companies these days, so giving them this rating was the least I could do.
I called them to clean the AC condenser unit outside the house as well as the heating system that’s up in the attic. They did an excellent job. I also called them to clean out the ducts as my system is 4 years old and I hadn’t done that yet and wasn’t sure if it needed to be done on a regular basis as this is the first time I’ve owned an hvac system. They arrived on time as scheduled to perform the cleaning. But, once they got to looking at the ducts they said that it didn’t need cleaning as they looked good, (probably due to the fact that I change my filters every 90-120 days) and that they didn’t want to charge me for a service that wasn’t necessary at this time. They saved me from spending over $700 unnecessarily! I am even more impressed by this company for their honesty. I will recommend this stellar company to everyone I know. David and Manuel were excellent and I am grateful for their hard work and their patience on showing me around our new heating system they installed in our home. I drive I-5 everyday. And i have about had it with this guy that rides my car bumper at 74. I have a lifted car. I do not like to go past 68. This is the second time. Car number 193 ccb#440 on 4/13. Drive better!
Just had comfort flow heating clean and service my ductless heat/ac system on 3-10-2023. Reese did a great job and has my system working perfect. Highly recommend!
This is our second installation with Comfort Flow. A complete heat pump and gas furnace, dual fuel system. This one was challenging in many ways but Jeff our sales person rolled with it to a successful completion. In regards to the installation and the install crew all the credit goes to them. The system exceeded my expectation with the level of professionalism and fit and finish. David Reid was our project lead and you could not get a more professional, knowledgeable or courteous person. Manuel was his partner and was also equally friendly and courteous. Trey, Joe and Jorge also contributed to the project but I had no interaction with them. Overall I couldn't have been more pleased. I would recommend Jeff and David to anyone for any related work in the HVAC field. Thank you guys, much appreciated! '
My husband and I have been customers of Comfort Flow for 30+ years. Most recently Comfort Flow replaced our worn out furnace for our basement. From the first visit to evaluate the scope of work, to the estimate, scheduling and job completion, all Comfort Flow staff listened to what we needed and the results we wanted. The estimate was fair and scheduling happened as soon as the equipment arrived at Comfort Flow. Our installers, David and Manuel arrived for install on time, worked through the day to complete the project. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Comfort Flow. Staff at Comfort Flow are reliable and experts at what they do.
Comfort Flow gave us good advice when our furnace needed replacing. We now have a heat pump furnace and the house is Comfortable!
We love our new Mitsubishi ductless heating and air conditioning system that was installed over the past two days. Trey Coleman and Jared Hayes, along with electrician Jordan Atkinson, did a superb job of installing our system and explaining everything to us. They were friendly, conscientious, and hard working, including working overtime in the rain yesterday. We slept so comfortably last night with our new system and we are very pleased with the results. Thanks to great employees, products, and maintenance at Comfort Flow.
I recently needed an HVAC replacement system and of course, I went with Comfort Flow, as they originally installed my system more than 20 years ago. From obtaining the estimate, to the foreman, to the installers, I was more than pleased with their professionalism, efficiency and support. The day of installation went so smoothly and all the guys, David Reid, Manuel Salinas, and Jorden Atkinson, were there to answer any questions I had. They are very knowledgeable and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm not sure how Comfort Flow compares in cost to other heating and AC companies, but I never thought about getting a second quote. This company has been good to me for so long, why change? I know I'll always get the best with them.
our routine maintenance person took the time to make sure we understood the problem with our heat pump and how to recognize if the problem becomes acute. however, we have not heard back from comfort flow repair staff.
Brock was intelligent, efficient and very personable. He represented his company well and I signed a three year contract for maintenance!
