Evergreen worked on our natural gas fireplace. We first had Evergreen come out to clean the pilot, which was burning yellow rather than blue, etc. etc. Then, we had them come out to install a remote control. The guys are super nice and professional, know their stuff, and can answer all questions clearly. They will definitely be our 'go to guys' for anything and everything related to their areas of expertise in the future.
Max was very professional, friendly, well organized and knowledgeable about this job. He and Shaun work smoothly and and efficiently as a team. Max actually cares about my satisfaction with the product and the service. I would certainly recommend both Max and Shaun for these reasons.
Michael V., from Evergreen inspected our furnace, ac and fireplace in a house we are buying. He was very professional and explained in great detail what he found. It was all based on facts and not a sales pitch for new equipment. We were very impressed with his knowledge and his honesty.
Gas fireplace service. Michael the technician was excellent! He was prompt, courteous, efficient and explained everything well. In short, he is a credit to his employer! Also, sending his photo in the text stating his arrival is outstanding. ALL service companies should do this. We HIGHLY recommend Evergreen Gas.
Todd was the representative that came out to my home. They told me between 10 - 2pm they came out just after 12. Todd was very familiar with A/C maintenance coming from Arizona for many years. He maintained my furnace filter and cleaned out A/C pipe that may have clogged. So happy with the service. I will definitely refer them being in the home industry myself.
Carrie ordered my new fireplace glass and Scott installed it. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. Looking forward to having Evergreen return to service my heat pump & furnace.
TJ and Bill were honest, no nonsense, well priced and very knowledgeable when they came to service our heat pump and furnace. They also showed up at 9am on Saturday after our furnace went down. Highly recommend Evergreen.
We recently had a New Fireplace installed after the one we had stopped working after 10 years Evergreen did an excellent job in giving the right advice choosing the correct fireplace to our liking and installing. Evergreen replaced parts on our gas heating stove. The technician was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the workmanship of this company’s employees.
Do not use this company for install or repair. We had them come out to service two fireplaces. After a quick inspection the technician informed us of a clogged pipe and a cracked firebox. He would not unclog the pipe but said he would come back after the cracks were repaired (by another company as they do not do this type of repair). The second fireplace he looked at he was also unable to repair. We still barely have any flame. After he left with both fireplaces still not working we received a bill for $400. When I reached out to the service department Carrie and the Service Manager said they would not service the fireplaces and that we would need to reach out to another fireplace contractor to get them repaired. This company is clearly unable to preform this type of work and could have saved all of us time by referring repairs out from the beginning. If you are in need of gas fireplace service, I recommend not using this company.
This was my third time using Evergreen - and it's been an absolute pleasure every time. They are professional, friendly, on time and took a lot of time explaining everything they did. Also left my house spotless every single time. Can't recommend enough!

I just want to say, THANK YOU! THANK YOU! We have been without our A/C for 2 weeks with many people called and no shows. We called Michael and he was able to help us and get a couple guys out in a day. I'm so glad my house didn't burn down. Major thanks to Cody, and Scott for replacing our relay that had fried, along with some other parts. Happy house now. Definitely will be referring you guys to other's that are in need.
Evergreen Heating & Cooling did a fantastic job in fixing our A/C! I called on a Sunday morning and within a couple hours, a tech was at my house and completed the repair in less than an hour. Thanks so much!
We hired them to perform maintenance on our HVAC system before this heat wave per NW Natural’s discounted service offering. Everything was functioning before they were here, and now the AC doesn’t function at all. They said there was a refrigerant leak and we need a complete new system, but they couldn’t find the source of the leak - then they quoted a refill charge of $455/lb. A few months ago, another technician with a different company came out to service the system, and didn’t replenish the refrigerant because he didn’t have it on hand - there’s no leak, they just didn’t ask or check. Now we’re in a heat advisory with a mysteriously non-functioning AC, and I found the refrigerant available online: 10 lbs for $465 total. So they tried to charge us a 10,000% markup, or get me to spend $10k on a new system, and have guaranteed the need with a now non-functioning HVAC system. They presented us with an invoice for work, including “signatures” certifying our satisfaction with the work completed, but we neither signed anything, nor are satisfied. Instead, we are stuck with a broken HVAC system, our infant’s nursery at a dangerous/sweltering 85 degrees, and no choice but to invest in a new system. Needless to say, we’ll make our purchase elsewhere.
From the first phone call to the office to our appointment, everyone at Evergreen was very professional and explained their service, process and what to expect. I am VERY impressed with their communication, fair pricing and all around excellent experience. So happy!
We hired Evergreen to install our range hood and a gas line for our new range. They were responsive, professional, and very efficient. We also had them do a complete update of our gas fireplace and it looks so good. They were recommended by NW Natural, among a few other places in town, and they were the easiest to schedule walk-throughs with. They sent quotes in advance, and just did everything professionally throughout the whole process. The installation folks were really nice and did great work. If/when we ever need anything else done, we’ll definitely go with them!
If I can give them 0 stars for the review I will do that . I buy the new AC unit from them . I choice them because my furnace has the same brand of their AC . My house is a brand new house , I thought it would be better if I use the same brand AC . First of all , I set an appointment for the inspection, the day set , the guy show up . After walk around my house and check my furnace and electrical panel . He said my house better use the big AC and if I want to buy the big AC I have to rerun the wires because the wires too small . The guy who came to my house to inspect has the name TJ Jarrard , his business card show he is the general manager . It’s made me believe in what he said. To rerun the wires I have to pay 1750$ for electrician , including the AC 8499$ and fee installation for the AC is 200$ . I accepted that price . The day they come to my house to install the AC , 2 guys show up and the do the job very well . I asked them about rerun the wires, they said the electricians will come later to do that . I stayed there and watching them do the job and then the electricians show up later at noon . Guess what . I been expected they would do the job rerun wires all day . But 2 guys show up , one of them asked me where is the electrical panel , he opened it, shut down the power and replace the circuit breaker 40amp and then he closes the panel , that circuit breaker cost about 15$ in homedepot , the other guy went to my backyard, cut 3 wires about 3ft long to connect my ac to the breaker and then wrap the wires by a piece of plastic . He bent all the screws when he close the ac cover and then walk away . He said , the job done . They don’t even walk into the furnace room to look the wires good enough or not . Dont do anything to test or check the AC . NOTHING . The 2 guys who install the AC from the morning helped to fix all the bent screws . Total time the electricians spent there to work at my house just about 15 minutes . After an hour the lady from their compan
