From the very start of the project Alex was extremely helpful and responsive. During and after the installation, Ron was a very good communicator and they lived up to their estimated time schedule for installation.

I am happy with the job. They are professional and the staff was very friendly. Most of all, they were punctual and completed the job seamlessly. I would certainly come back to coastal heating for my next HVAC job. Only thing I would like to comment was the experience during billing. We had to arrange two visits and made a verbal agreement for single pay. Regrettably this verbal agreement was not honored when I received the bill. I suggest always keep written confirmation for billing, not verbal to avoid any confusion going forward. I am sure my next business with them will be more satisfactory.
