Western Heating & Cooling is my go to company for both heating and cooling. On a Wednesday I had a routine maintenance check on the air conditioner with everything in good shape. I came home on Thursday to discover it wasn't working properly. Called them after 6:30 pm, the phone was picked up on the third ring, explained what happened and I had the first appointment the next day. Jacob arrived before 8:30, fixed a minor issue and was gone by 9:30. Everyone was apologetic, very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Jeremy Ridenour and crew did a wonderful job replacing our old furnace with a new one and an air conditioner. Jeremy helped with the setting up the connection and operation with the American Standard app. We have used Western Heating & Cooling for many years, so we were not hesitant on using them to replace our old system.
From first contact to job done, WH&C was nothing but professional and helpful. Our install was not easy, the previous owners built walls around the furnace making upgrade very difficult. They got the new system in and it works great and looks great! The two installers were great at getting things done, the boss even showed up to help do clean up work! Two very professional installers who I wish the best for. Thank you WHC, I will recommend you in the future!
We had AC problem on Sunday, and called Columbia the next day Monday but they were booked until July. So, I called Western and they could come out to help on Wednesday. The technician Jacob arrived on time and he is professional. He fixed the AC problem around 1.5 hours. I highly recommend Western.
From making the appointment to completing the tune up this company has been amazing. Technician that came out Tavyn was very professional and knowledgeable. He noticed a problem unrelated to the scheduled work but still took pictures and sent it to the office for an estimate. I highly recommend this company they have great reviews because they do great work and have great staff.
Jeremy and Dakota came out yesterday to install our new furnace and AC. They were on time, courteous and worked quickly. In the end Jeremy walked me through the work that was completed and explained how the thermostat worked and how to clean the filters in the furnace. We are very impressed with Western. The whole process was easy and stress free.
Called early Monday as our system went down. Repairman Josh was on time that same Monday, ran diagnostics, figured out issues, recommended options, made the repairs and explained things thoroughly. Very professional yet personable. Truck was stocked with needed part so everything was completed in one visit. Will definitely continue using Western.
Jacob was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He got my AC repaired and working again quickly and for a fair price. You have definitely earned my business going forward.

Our furnace went out over 2 weeks ago. And because it is during a peak time for this type of work. Western Heating was able to send a service rep out the same week we called. Todd not only diagnosed the issue, but was professional, honest and curtiuos! He explained all of our options, gave us his his honost opinion on all of our questions and never made us feel like we were being pressured in one direction or the other. I highly recommend Western Heating & Cooling. Exceptional service, quality product and very professional people!
Just had Western heating and cooling install Air Conditioning in my home. From the quoting phase to day of install everything went smooth, on time and with no hiccups whatsoever. Great communication from Blake the estimator and the install team. Would higher Western again Thank you!
Jacob was very helpful, gave me lots of tips n tricks to maintain my AC unit and even gave me some advice on how to be proactive in AC unit replacements in the future. 5/5 - thanks for the job well done.
The installation team is awesome. They are detail minded and delivered high quality installation work.
They installed a new air conditioner. Jeremy and David worked very hard to get my new air conditioner installed. They went above and beyond. The old AC was not level and they suggested a better location than the previous system and made sure my new AC was level. They worked so hard and never took a lunch break or any break! They installed a new furnace for me in 2021 and I was very pleased with them at that time, so it was an easy decision to go with them again!

Needed emergency repair of our A/C and these good folks came through and fixed it before our ‘regular HVAC’ service even called us back. Western you are the best!

TLDR: more service, less sales, reasonable price. For starter, the secretary didn't waste my time with tons of useless questions and didn't have me to repeat my last name over and over. They focused more on my address and availability and understood that I may not know many tech aspects of the AC system. The technician appeared on the pre-scheduled time, had all the tools handy, found the leak and fixed it. My system is a bit old, about 18 years, but still in a good condition and I preferred to repair it rather than change. The technician mentioned it, but didn't really push for the sale (others just declined to fix the AC unit), which is often a dealbreaker for me. I love the service and going to recommend them and use later on for my furnace as well
Jacob did an excellent job fixing our cooling system. He knew exactly what was needed. and replaced it.
Every part of our experience was pleasant and positive. From the details provided to us when Francisco came out to bid the job to the installation process by Jeremy and his crew to the office staff. They showed up on time, were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
