You don't need to look further than these guys. Recieved 5 estimates for a new heat pump package and chose Countyside Heating & Cooling for the price and the manner they explained what they were going to do. Installation was a quality product, clean and neat and completed a day early. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will use them for the recommended annual maintenance.
My heat pump was having issues and was not blowing cold air when on cooling mode. Countryside heating and cooling came out and took a look at the system and found a leak on the air handler and quoted me a price for repairing the air handler and also installing a new system. I chose a new system since mine was getting little older and they installed a new air handler and heat pump and it works great. Reasonable price and great service. Will give them a call in the future if needing any heating and cooling services done!
Countryside Heating and Cooling was phenomenal to work with - they were responsive, professional, fairly-priced and worked quickly. They even came back around to check on the heat pump/AC unit for us. We would highly recommend working with them.
I am so thankful that a friend said to call this company when my gas furnace went out. These two guys are courteous, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. They truly care about their customers. I consider them the guys I call when I have heating or cooling problems or maintenance. I would and will recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating or cooling system. They came out quickly when our furnace went out. They had to order a part to be delivered and came back again to install it. They were so kind and responsive. They were very knowledgeable and great to work with. Thank you for taking care of our family!
Great experience, great service, and very professional. These guys did a whole installation at my house (furnace, duct work and AC installation) they helped me out with my transition getting gas service for the first time, very acknowledgeable, they guided me during this process!!! Chris and Brant are the best in town and I’m very happy with their job. I will definitely recommend them for any service you might need.
Wow wow wow. I have never dealt with any home repair/installation people like these guys. On time every morning for a week. Responsive to every text or call immediately. Considerate of our old home and optimizing their installation for our needs. All with a smile and creative solutions to a full AC/Heat installation on a 1940's home. I cannot recommend Chris and Brant highly enough.
Chris and Brant are awesome! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and arrived on schedule. They quickly diagnosed the issue and restored our heat. Highly recommend!
Chris and Brandt were wonderful to work with. After moving last year we have had terrible times with everything from appliance installations to fireplace maintenance when it came to customer service and quality of work. Countryside is one of the rare places that you can still get real people who respect your time and your business with them. This week we used them for a failing heat pump that provides our AC and they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and replaced it within two days. They were great communicators and very personable, and as a stay at home mom with an infant, I felt very comfortable having them in my home. We will continue to use them for all our heating and cooling needs as long as we live in the area.
09/06/2022 - LR Outstanding work and flexibility from Chris and Brant, they arrived on site early, and were more than happy to show us the issue and performed a quick replacement of the faulty item. There’s a reason they have nothing but good reviews from their customers: excellence in customer service and super friendly! I appreciate the help, will definitely be a returning customer, let’s hope I don’t break anything again tho 😅

Absolutely the best experience we've had with any company in this industry! I heard about them from my cousin when it finally came time for us to replace our aging system, so they already had a head start on earning our trust. But they did that again all by themselves due to their very responsive phone calls, being honest about their recommendations for us based on our needs/wants/budget (which is done by genuinely listening to the customers), and just being kind and friendly during every interaction. My family is back in our happy place now that we have a quality system keeping us cool in this 100 degree heat! Thanks again Countryside!
Countryside is the nicest guys you could meet. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the system and went above and beyond to work through maintenance issues, install new thermostats and getting the best quote for an AC installation to replace our failed 15 year old unit.
After some terrible experiences with other local companies, we were incredibly lucky to come across Chris and Brant at Countryside. When our A/C went out during the hottest part of the year, they came out and diagnosed the issue quickly, got it repaired (at a very fair price), and were extremely nice and professional the whole time. Couldn't recommend these guys more!

AC went out on Monday the 27th. I called them and got an appt for the next week, which is amazing considering it is summer. The appt for the the 7th between 11 and 1. They called at 10 and said we can make it in mere moments. So they showed up ahead of the time and were quickly done, and I am sitting in AC comfort. Thanks Chris and Brant
