The roof is not very old, 7 years old. I thought the roof was supposed to last 50 years!? Wow! The roof should be under warranty. Please help!
They use unlicensed subcontractors that bait & switch you. Will only install THEIR HVAC products for 10x the Sears price. Total scam!

Don't know about there products and there delivery is not very reliable..and not very customer Orientated They needed more training there and more help if they are goning to stay in business which I hear they are not. I bought quite a bit of merchandise from them recently and now I am worried about something going wrong with them and where to send them. As they are made by Sears brand Kenmore. Almost thinking of trying to get my money back and going elsewhere at this point.🙄
