I called to ask about a general check up and service for my HVAC system. They had an opening the following morning, and their technician showed up slightly before the appointment time. He went through the system and explained his findings. He then offered annual service and duct cleaning.

Andy and Olé were FANTASTIC. They were fast, communicative, and professional the entire time. They walked me through set up and my thermostat and even set a reminder on my thermostat to change the filter every 3 Months!! This was cost effective and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Just had my yearly maintenance and the technician was prompt and professional! I feel terrible that I didn’t catch his name but he went the extra mile to explain the maintenance checks he did and even fixed the screen on the filter holder! I will always recommend Priority one because they just have the best service! Just had my second year maintanence and Clarke was fantastic! He was polite and professional, and he arrived on time and worked efficiently. He explained all the checks he did on my system and answered my questions thoroughly. He was even very patient with my cat Fraiser who needed to involved at every step. Thank you Clarke!

Both techs were knowledgable, personable and efficient. They explained all pertinent issues and reviewed the results completely at the end.
Our tech, Clark, arrived early. He did a thorough check of my units and explained everything to me at the end. He had pictures and gave me information about my hvac that I didn’t know. He was friendly and professional and it was a great experience.
All 3 units were cleaned and checked as per the normal maintenance. Always nice to know things are looked after! Thank you!

I am very happy with my ductless heat/AC units. They run well and am happy with the responsiveness and friendliness of the staff. Would recommend them to anyone looking for these kinds of systems.
