The installation team was skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. They were a pleasure to have around. They installed a door over the interior part of my unit and checked the pressure of the ducts. This was a follow-up after the installation of my new Coleman heat pump.
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Team was super friendly and knowledgeable and even stayed late to finish up as they had some installation issues they had to work thru. Chris and Matt were awesome as well as the rest of the crew that helped out!

Great experience having a ductless A/C installed. Impressed with how many people, that did different aspects of the installation. Taylor and his fellow worker did a very quick yet thorough job and were responsive to our input for preferences for aesthetics or placement choices. Very happy with the professional look of the A/C in the bedroom and the minimal footprint of the unit outside. VERY QUIET.

We had problems with the air conditioner not shutting off and it turns out it was the settings on the remote. She came right out it was so good to find the problem and did not make us feel like we didn’t what we were doing

Everything I have arranged with company has happened on time. The crew are competent and polite, had good ideas about the placement of the unit, snd did the installation with a minimum of fuss and mess.
Darius found the issue with our HVAC system immediately and effected repairs on the spot. As it was an issue related to recent maintenance work, there was no charge for the repair. Very pleased overall.
There were several technicians who installed a new ductless heat pump system. They did a professional job and the system works fine. They were a pleasure to work with.
