These guys are The Best. Only 5 stars but we would give the 10 Stars. We had fast and professional service from our bid to a quick and tidy installation. Brandon and his team provided over and above excellent service. Absolutely recommend Westbound for your heating and air conditioning needs.
Brandon and his team did an excellent job installing a ductless mini split - cost was better than competitors, he showed up on time, responded to my calls, was excellent- Would recommend to all!
We had a bad experience with one company and it just seemed like they didn't even want to waste the time to diagnose our problem but put in everything new without any testing of the system and component's, we knew that buying a home 17 years old may have some issue's and was actually thinking of starting with new equipment but would still like to have an honest assessment of what we had and how long it may last. we had a referral from a neighbor to a HVAC contractor who they found was very honest, reliable, competent and very reasonable. Westbound heating and air is the company's name and Brandon lloyd is the owner he didnt even mind my nosey appearances, small talk and unending questions , Riley his assistant was also very accommodating . in addition He gave me his best deal as promised . Westbound Heating and Air Conditioning is top notch. They were quick to respond to our concerns. Explained our problems with our heating unit and repaired it quickly. Very professional and curious. Cleaned up any mess they made it the area of repair. This is the heating and air conditioning company you want to hire for your needs. Honest, professional, thoughtful company.

Westbound installed a Ductless heat/AC system in my shop. It works great. Was so pleased I had them install one in my home also. Great work! Great to deal with.
We obtained several bids for a Ductless heat pump. Westbound came in almost $2000 less than the highest bid! They were on time, professional and courteous. Oregon Energy trust did an inspection for our rebate and gave them the highest remarks about their perfect installation!
Fantastic is the first word that comes to mind. Brandon answered the phone on the first ring. He was able to fit me in on the same day. He arrived, had the part needed & fixed. Price, very fair. Westbound is the only number on my phone for furnace repairs.
We recently had our furnace replaced - the process was smooth, professional and Brandon was so easy to work with. We would absolutely use his service again and would reccomend!
Brandon responded to my calls very promptly. He was straightforward, honest, professional and let me know about the most economical options as well as what materials will have the longest lifespan. I received several quotes, and Westbound Heating and Air was in the middle pricewise. I ended up choosing Brandon due to several personal friend's speaking highly of him and his work ethic. Very professional, responsive, accurate, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Fit us in his schedule and within days. Very nice and easy to talk too. If he is unsure, he will straight up tell you. Very very happy with his service and will recommend to anyone I know that is having heating/ac issues.
Brandon was very professional and knows his stuff. We had lots of questions and he answered them with honesty and lots of knowledge. We will be continuing to use him for our heating needs for sure. Also, he stayed in touch about our appointment.

Brandon always returned my phone calls in a very timely manner. He and his apprentice were both very kind and courteous. He gave me a good quote for a new gas furnace and I felt it was fair and reasonable then when I found out that I also got a rebate, I went with him. I had a difficult time getting other local companies to even answer the phone. Brandon was there when I needed help. I highly recommend using his company!! Thank You!!

Westbound replaced my very old furnace with a new and efficient model. Brandon found the right furnace at a reasonable price. I was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, and communication skills. He was prompt and skilled in removing the old furnace and installing the new one. The bottom line is that Brandon did everything he said he would do in a timely manner. He is easy to work with and I would highly recommend him.
