Ron and his team are professional and very knowledgeable.
Coast came out quickly to fix our gas fireplace on the day after New Years. He even researched our more rare ventless system before coming out --which is huge. He quickly determined the problem and he was extremely pleasant. The overall experience was top-notch.
These gentlemen are fantastic! We have a vacation home in Manzanita; came into town late at night, found that our furnace decided to quit - made for a cold night! We put in a request to call us in the morning and they called 15 minutes earlier than our request. After we made an appointment for later in the morning, they showed up at the BEGINNING of the window! Prompt, courteous, professional, and personable - could not ask for better on the coast!
