Great Company.... I have worked with other HVAC companies and Absolute has been the best. Rob is extremely knowledgeable and makes sure the system is running correctly. You won't find anyone more dedicated to his customers. His team is excellent and know exactly what they are doing. I wouldn't use anyone but Absolute in the future. Highly recommend.

Absolute Comfort Heating and Cooling is in my opinion an excellent company to work with. . We have used them on prior occasions and today had a issue with our AC. They were able to get me on the schedule and get it fixed the same day. Thanks Rob.
Responsible, knowledgeable, friendly techs. They focus on replacing the failed part(s) instead of trying to sell me a new unit. I recommend Absolute Comfort and plan on calling on them for years to come.
The technician arrived as promised, performed a thorough inspection, cleaned and tested the furnace and brought along the extra filter I requested. Billing was quick efficient and reasonably priced.
They were great! Rob and crew squeezed me in before one of the hottest weekends - inspected my AC unit and luckily it was just a new thermostat I needed, installed and cooling was back. I recommend them. They have also done work for my friends.
The installers were professional and courteous. A trap was not installed on the condensate line, making it very noisy. I talked with the owner. He said was busy but would come back when things slowed down. It has been over a year and no one has come back to properly complete the job.
Rob has been my go to guy for HVAC for at least 15 years and have referred him to many of my friends and family. If there was a 6 star option, I would have selected it. I HIGHLY recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Cooling NW.

I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Rob at Absolute Comfort was knowledgeable, efficient, professional, responsive, and all the things you want for a HVAC contractor to be. Wish we would have been referred to them first before 2 contractors that didn't assess the problem correctly. Even followed-up afterwards to make sure all was as we wanted it to be. Finally feels like we were taken care of. Let the quietness + efficient heat begin!!
Absolute replaced our furnace. They were very professional and friendly. Last year they replaced our water heater and we've been very pleased with there service. Would highly recommend them.
Very conscientious
We heard about this fine company from a co worker who was very impressed with their great service, professionalism and ethics. After having them to do an install of a new furnace so were we! I highly, highly recommend them. If I could give them six stars, I would. Choose them for your HVAC work, you won't be sorry!
Rob and his team are amazing. I have been recommending them for a few years and finally had a chance to use them myself. They delivered a high quality product at an incredible price. Workmanship was top notch. They worked with the constraints of my HOA and location challenges; somehow making it all fit together seamlessly. Highly recommend!!
It meant a lot to me to be dealing with the boss. He bid the job and did the installation with some expert assistance. I felt like he was giving me the best possible price he could. After installation everything works great.
Absolute employees were on time, efficient while here, explained everything they were doing, and made repairs where necessary (showing me the problem). They were courteous, and very helpful. I would definitely call them again!
