He is a lot more expensive than then the other, average rate for service call is $139 he charged $249. the new system he quoted for is few thousands more then the other.
They got my furnace fixed during the cold weather right away.
They have done a great job with both my AC and heating system. Would highly recommend them
William to the rescue. I called in panic as the ice storm rolled in and he was so kind. Promised to see me the same night and kept his word. I had heat within hours!!! I am very thankful for William and his attention to detail.
We had an issue with our furnace today and this was the only place that could come out same day. Glen was amazing and got our heat back on quickly. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.
You just never know but, i had Aloha diagnose the issue. They said they needed to replace the unit because of faulty wires. I had a second company come out and they replaced the igniter and cleaned the sensor. Works amazing now.
Extremely happy with the service to fix our Heating system. Glen was very friendly, efficient, & professional. We will definitely use them again for our future Heating and Cooling system needs.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for the dedicated and hard work William did installing a new AC and furnace in the midst of a horrible heat wave. Our AC hadn't worked for six weeks and the humidity and heat in the house was almost unbearable. Glen spent more than an hour detailing the estimate of the issues we had with the old AC and heater. Willliam worked Saturday until almost 10 pm in 100+ degrees so we could have the AC working. Waking up Sunday to cool air was like landing in a new planet! William and Glen are professional, honest and hard working. We give them the highest recommendation!
Our AC broke in the middle of a heat wave and Glen was super quick and responsive. He squeezed me in and made time for us in the middle of a heat wave. He was pleasant and professional and I would HIGHLY Recommend him. He is a great guy who does quality work!
If I could give 10 stars, I would. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and caring. He went above and beyond to get the problem with my AC fixed as quickly as possible. When other HVAC contractors were quoting a three-week wait, he quoted a 7-day wait and then somehow make it out the very next day. And on top of all of that, his price was reasonable. Thank you so much!!!!!
Glen was fantastic! Highly recommended. The condensate pump on our A/C was leaking water into the garage floor during a heat wave, and the original company that installed said they were booked out until mid-July. I called Aloha H&C, and Glen texted me back within a few hours saying he had an opening the next day. We very much appreciated his regular communications regarding his expected arrival time! In his texts and in person he was very friendly and informative. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and went above and beyond the call of duty to mitigate future problems. We'll definitely use Aloha Heating & Cooling for any future maintenance on our HVAC!
AC stopped working during a hot day! Called around and these guys answered the call. They were the only ones who could see us next day! The cause was a blown capacitor due to our lack of cleaning the AC unit. Gotta clean it! I felt the price was very reasonable. I had quotes from other companies that were around the same price. I would recommend and use them again.

William work with me and my family on replacing a broken furnace. He's very direct and professional and works flexible hours to get the work done ( late evening).
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Lost my heat Friday night, couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with my furnace. Next morning called many businesses, but no one offered any help, called Aloha heating and cooling, wasn’t able to get hold of Glen, but he replied minutes after apologizing for not having a signal at a job he is doing and send me his co-worker number. Spoke with him and he said he will be there same day although it was Saturday but these folks were willing to come out and help knowing I have little kids and its really cold in the house. The co-worker couldn’t make it because his job took longer so Glen contacted me and showed up with a smile, fun person, chatted while he was working on my furnace and he was able to figure out the issue and solve it by the time he finished his chat with me. Very professional, very friendly and MOST IMPORTANTLY VERY KIND!!!! Despite he took the time to drive over and spent time working on my furnace He wouldn’t expect any form of payment because the job didn’t take him long.These people are awesome!! I tried change my old thermostat to Google Nest with help of my nephew. Somehow it ended with problems, it didn’t connect well as it supposed. It was Friday afternoon, most of HVAC stores are closed. I had fear of no heating over the weekend. I found this Aloha heating and cooling, left message, William called and very kindly told my nephew how to fix it over the phone . My nephew followed his directions and fixed my thermostat. Now I can sleep warm tonight, thank you William for your help. My whole family really appreciate your advice. Thank you again.
This company is fantastic, the service man fixed the problem in no time flat. In and out! On a Saturday and didn't charge me some outrageous weekend rate. I'm keeping there number in my phone for good. Highly recommend Aloha heating and cooling to anyone with furnace or air conditioner problems. Thanks again guys.
Worst customer service with no show no call I called asked several questions to make sure they could do what I needed. So I made the appointment for the same day at 5pm. The guy never showed nor did he call me. I called him to ask if he was coming he said no he was doing paper work. I said thanks for the phone call, I’ll let your boss know. So I called “Dave” he said they work until 12 I said your not getting the point he was supposed to be here at 5. He said I should call someone else that I was being weird earlier and now I was upset no one showed or called. The worst customer service, I couldn’t believe it!!!!
Dishonest business. Quoted me $800 for a repair. I knew they were overcharging me, so i said No. They insisted on a service fee for them to drive all the way to my home (which i came to know later was 2 miles from their last job). I told them that most of the techs do not charge a fee and that my husband and i will not be paying a dime to such dishonest people. We are elderly people, but he was not taking a No for answer. My neighbor stepped in and told him to leave, after which the tech left saying they will report us to collections. We said go ahead! My neighbor suggested we contact Bull Mountain who serves people in Tigard and they told us that there was no service fee to check what gong on with my furnace. they came in quoted us $185 for the repairs. WOW Aloha heating was charging me an extra $615 for the same job. BEWARE OF THIS DISHONEST BUSINESS. They want to cheat you of your hard earned money.
Called them early Monday morning. The guy on the phone did not give out his name. Told him that my AC is not working and if they can check it out ASAP. I was told on the phone that it will be nothing less than $500 (not sure how he diagnosed it without checking the system out). Also was told that there will be a service fee of $180 just to come and check it our (which is far more than any other HVAC tech, but i was still ok with it as long as they can get here soon). I asked him if he can give me a time frame as to when he can come over. He then started to tell me that he will need my credit card details inorder to book an appointment just in case i cancel the appointment. By the way all this time he sounded rude (not sure if he was aware that he was not the only hvac guy around in town). By this time i was not interested to give these guys my business. I have not seen their work so i cannot comment on that. However customer service is horrible, and by just judging on my conversation with him i got to know they are very money oriented and ready to rip you off. I avoided them!
