FANTASTIC HVAC company!!!! 5 stars is not enough. Our AC started having trouble last night so we shut it down and dealt with the heat through the night, uncomfortable nights sleep to say the least. I found Platinum heat and air this morning on google maps. Being that is was a local company and close to the house I hoped that they would be able to get out the same day. Ben the owner of the company showed up earlier than he expected he could get to our home. But gave us a curtesy call to let us know he was on the way ahead of schedule. Ben arrived and was very professional and genuine. He found the problem, got the part and had us up and running, cooling the house down. We are very thankful (and cool) this evening. We have found our go to HVAC service company. You will not regret calling this company for any HVAC needs. 👍👍
Ben was AMAZING! He saved us from over heating on a very hot Oklahoma summer day! He was kind, helpful, and very professional. Most importantly, he didn’t try and up-sell us—but instead was honest and direct about we really needed to resolve the issue. We will definitely be using him in the future and sending him to all of our friends and fam! Thanks Ben!

Believe the hype! Ben is an awesome HVAC tech. Had him come out to recharge the unit and talk about the new system replacement. He was on time (actually early) and very professional, as well as super reasonable on cost. Will definitely be my go to guy for any HVAC things from now on.
My husband and I have loved working with these guys! We’ve used their services when our A/C unit went out last year and for yearly maintenance. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also have always gotten back to us quickly!

We had a new heat and air system put in and couldn't be more impressed. We had received quotes from other companies in the metro and Platinum beat them all. We were truly impressed by their quality and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to replace or install their system.
HIRE THIS COMPANY I am a night-shift nurse so I really appreciate someone reliable so I can get to sleep before my next shift. I had an issue with my ducts that I found out late on a Thursday afternoon (close to 5pm) so I googled this company & based off of other good reviews, called for a repair. He answered my call & said he could be out 1st thing in the morning the very next day. I didn't get estimates from other companies since he was able to get in/out so quickly but I thought the price was beyond fair. He showed up on time, went above & beyond the task at hand, and kept me in loop of all communication. The job was a quick fix (at least, he completed it quickly!). I will 100% use this company again for any future needs & if you are smart, you will too!
Benjamin is amazing. Customer service may be dead in most places but this young man operates “old school “ I highly recommend him! He did great by me!
Ben was friendly, knowledgable and professional. He figured out the problem quickly. We will definitely use Platinum Heat and Air in the future for any Heat/AC needs or servicing.
Ben is a rarity. Honest, friendly, affordable and effective. He saved me about $12,000 by fixing a fan that the other guys assured me couldn't be repaired or replaced (unit was too old, part was no longer in production, etc.). They told me I would have to buy an entirely new system and quoted me a price 40 percent higher than what Ben estimated it would cost for a full replacement. It is an old system, so it's on borrowed time. But when it does go out, I'll be buying a new one from Ben. Don't let the big guys jack you around. Call Ben first. He'll take care of you.

Ben responded immediately to my call for help. Contractors had nicked the Freon line killing the AC. The next day it was repaired! In this heat, it was a blessing! Thank you Ben!
