Patriot Heat & Air came out same day, very responsive, extremely kind and knowledgeable. Diagnosed and fixed our ductless unit the same day. I would highly recommend!
Thank you for Patriot Heat & Air for your business. As a customer, it’s hard to find an HVAC business for service and repairs because it’s so many out there and you never know what you’re going to get. Due to word of mouth, I selected your business for my repairs and you guys did a great job. The repairs was timely, and you guys were very responsive. Not only that, but it was 1/3 less than what Gordon’s quoted me! I want to recognize Technician Issac Stanfield. He is very knowledgeable in his job, honest and professional. He made the experience with your company much better and confirmed my reason to always call Patriots back for service/repairs. You guys have a great guy on your team and whoever hired him, did very well. All in all, I was beyond satisfied with the service so much that I enrolled in the yearly maintenance service. I look forward for the continued business. For anyone searching for an HVAC company-go with this one! You won’t be disappointed.
Technician Isacc was a very professional individual. He went over everything with us and explained the process of it all as well. He was able to get our system back to normal and did it quickly. Very grateful to use Patriot Heat & Air and will be future customers from here on out.

I found Patriot Heat and Air from a Google search and chose them based on their great reviews. I'm so glad I did. They were highly professional from beginning to end. I started by speaking to Jennifer on the phone last Thursday and letting her know I wanted my A/C replaced. She was so kind and sent Randy to my house two hours later. Randy thoroughly inspected everything and asked me many questions about what I liked/disliked about my current system. When deciding on a new unit, he gave me many options and some suggestions to fix one of my rooms that gets less air than the rest. I was given information so I could make my own educated decisions, but there was no pressure or upselling at all, which was very appreciated. Bradley, Cortt, and Kale were out this Monday to install the unit I had selected. Just like Jennifer and Randy, they were kind and professional the entire time. Everything looks great and I've been enjoying cool, reliable air. The inspector from the city told me, "Whoever installed that did a neat job!" My mind is at ease knowing I had true professionals and a high quality installation.
Our air conditioning has been out for a week, hottest week so far this year! We had to ise another company that our home warranty sent out and they were no help! Pateiot came out and had our house cooled in an hour! Thank you Patriot so much! We will not use anyone else ever!
My mom's mini split system quit cooling and I'm always concerned about sending service people to her house without being there while they are there working. Everyone at Patriot Heat & Air has been a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Don called before coming out like they said he would and explained everything to us every step of the way through the process. Don knows what he is doing and was very professional. We couldn't have been happier with everyone's help. Thank you so much for everything!
Every time we have ever had to use them, they have come out quickly and are always great about explaining the problem and what the solution will be. They have never tried to upsell anything or pushing products. We finally had to replace the whole system, they came out early, three of them and got right to work and got it in, tested and helped me set up the thermostat by the end of the day. Thank you Bradley, Tyler, and Cortt for all the hard work. And Randy for helping us pick the system and checked in several times today to see how it was going. I really appreciate you guys!
About two years ago my A/C died and we didn’t know what to do! These guys are all amazing. I called on a Friday and had an appointment with Randy the next Monday. He’s fantastic, a true gentleman, very professional, and communicates exceptionally well. He outlined everything they were going to be installing, what services we’d be receiving and the total cost. By that Friday I had Randy, Tyler, Bradley and Courte on my doorstep, early, to install and fix everything. Before 3 that afternoon my entire system was installed and online. We love Patriot and will be recommending them to everyone!

Patriot did a great job installing our HVAC system. Their work was clean organized and it is apparent they take great pride in their work. Tyler, Cortt, and Bradely were easy to work with and left the site cleaner than they found it. Will use again and highly recommend.
I love how they take care of you quickly. Issac came out & was very friendly & professional. He checked everything thoroughly and found I needed a new thermostat. I had the pleasure of talking with Zachary, Tyler, Cortt, and Randy for our heating and air replacement. Each individual we talked to was friendly and offered advice that helped to determine the needs of our home and options that fit within our budget. Overall, they are a great company and I would recommend them to anyone who is considering a AC/Heating replacement and/or needed help maintaining their system.
From the time we moved to Oklahoma, two years ago, Patriot Heat & Air has been our go-to place for all our HVAC issues. I initially went with Patriot because of their reviews and secondly, because they hire veterans. I love that in a company that hires those that have served our country. And they truly hire veterans. Everyone who has come to our home is very professional and always right on time. We had a third air returned installed so our HVAC system would not labor. I also had a Generac whole house generator installed. Tommy with Patriot ran the gas lines for us and installed the unit. And I took advantage of a new service Patriot offers and that's general maintenance on the generator. at the one-year mark, Isacc came out and serviced our generator. We have signed up for the yearly maintenance of the HVAC and the yearly maintenance on Generator. I have been so pleased with all the service techs and office staff. I salute you, Patriot Heat & Air.
They are friendly and professional from start to finish. Very helpful in making the appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Taylor, Tanner, and Don were great at taking pride in repairing my heat problem and were very good at communicating with me throughout the process. The Tech were very professional and knowledgeable about installing my Generator, they answered all of my questions they also did a great job of installing gas lines without damaging my sidewalk.

I have been using Patriot heat and air since spring 2022. In this time I have had them out 4 times for various service calls and PM's. Every time a tech has come to my house whether it has been Zach, Issac, or Tanner they have always given me a timely notice and ETA of their arrival and they show up when they say they they are going to be there. All of the techs have been great to work with, they very friendly, courteous, detail oriented, and straightforward with their service recommendations on our system. They take the time to explain these recommendations without pressuring us into a decision and build our trust in them. When I had an issue that I thought was an AC problem not only were they were able to help me determine that it was in fact a slab leak they were also able to refer me to a quality plumber to fix the issue. Whenever I call the office or have been called by the office to schedule service, April is always friendly and has been able to get someone out to me quickly. Once even she was able to get someone out to me the same day for an urgent call. I highly recommend Patriot Heat and Air to anyone who is looking for a competitive and customer service oriented HVAC company. They are honest and friendly professionals that want to help you take care of one of your homes most important systems.
Taylor performed a thorough and efficient checkout of my unit. I felt I received honest recommendations and I was impressed enough to their purchase annual maintenance agreements on both units.
We had a great experience with Patriot Heat and Air and would highly recommend them. The technician Isacc arrived quickly and was very professional and friendly. He was very thorough and was quick to provide us the details of what was wrong. After getting the part we needed to be repaired, he also got it fixed in no time. Of course no one wants their heater to stop working on a cold winter day, but Isacc’s quick work made it a less stressful experience.
