Excellent service! I called on a Saturday and had someone at my house within half an hour. Luckily it was an easy fix and we have cool air again. Will definitely call Al’s again!

Best HVAC service I have had out of the many I have worked with before.
Have used Al's for over 30 yrs in Tuttle. Hadn't done an A/C tune-up in 4 yrs...with this heat decided it was time and of course called Al's. The tech was extremely thorough, saw a potential issue and said he should come back in a few days to see if it was still fluctuating. It wasn't so he went back in attic several times and found a duct way back in attic that had a tear in it where cold air was coming out. He repaired it and then again checked for the fluctuating refrigerant reading. He said it was not doing what it had done the previous visit so he did not think it necessary to evacuate the system! The office staff is great to work with. After the 1st visit I called and paid for the tune-up via a CC. When they called to set up follow-up visit Kathy said the CC payment would be included in the overall invoice and not on top of. Al's did all types of HVAC work for us in Tuttle and we recommend them highly!
Al's will do anything to make the service you receive to be the best. If something does not go as planned, they do not keep billing you and really provide a real value for their service. We use the protection plan for all of our 3 units. This includes filter replacement and a checkup for each season - Summer & Winter. During the pre-season checkup's, they look for things that might be an issue and fix it at that time. We consequentially never have failed units. Plus, being on contract, if service is needed, it is provided at a discount rate. We had Al's install a new A/C Unit for us, taking out a previous unit installed by another company. During peak summer days, our house is very cool and the unit runs on a limited basis instead of constantly as other units do. Al’s crew does a complete analysis of what is required and orders a unit from “top-end” manufactures, not an “off-brand” that they sell.
They did a great job! I called and they sent a guy out quick. He had us fixed up in no time. We had 3 other companies come out and waited 5 weeks for our A/C during the hottest month. We will use Al's again if needed!
They just replaced both of our heat and air systems for a very good price. Quality of work and hardware is great, the new systems are way better than old system ever was. Al and his staff were all very nice and very professional.

Update- Al reached out to us and had someone come fix our unit. Seems like this time the issue was probably not an error on their part but they took care of it anyways. Despite our previous issues I will say their customer service is very impressive and they will do whatever they can to make the situation right. Unfortunately we have had a horrible time with our heat and air system from day one. Our builder uses this company for all of his homes and said we would be pleased with the work. The day we were going to move in our kitchen was flooded due to an error on their part. We were upset but they got the ceiling repaired for us , so we decided to let it go. However the problems just continued. Every year for almost 5 years we have multiple issues and have had to have them come out many times. Once again our ac unit is not coming on! I will say Al was very helpful in getting our problems resolved at no cost to us, but the number of issues we have had is so frustrating. We have finally just decided to have another company come out and try to figure out why we have so many issues. It’s just frustrating because we went over budget on heat and air in the hopes that we wouldn’t have issues like our first home and we have been left disappointed .
Fast and friendly
Saved me over $500! A part went out on my furnace. It was a $900 part that another HVAC company had replaced before. The front office, without me even asking, made a lot of phone calls, twisted some arms, did whatever necessary to find out the part was under warranty. This was all done for a part that I didn't even buy from them. The entire process of getting my heater working in sub-freezing weather, with people's heaters going out all over due to the extreme weather, only took about 4 hours from when I first called them. That also includes an initial diagnosis and having to pick up the part from the city, as well as figuring out the warranty situation and replacing the part. The price was more than fair and a relief. They already gained a loyal customer from the first time I used them, this just cemented it and made sure I'm letting anyone with HVAC issues know where to go.

First time to use these guys, (I own a remodeling company) I called Al's for my house I'm very picky I saw their work on a friend's house, Al gave me a Quote over the the phone comes over with a PRO TEAM gets it all done, no I have to order this, or that. Completed the system cleaned up their mess left me a SUPER HAPPY customer! I will send all the HVAC work to this guy til WE close our doors! These guys don't need a tv commercial I've PERSONALLY seen those other guys work DOES not compare to Al's n his team work ethic, or the craftsmanship! Best prices around!
