Have used Air Masters for as long as they’ve been in operation. Regular scheduled services to emergency service. You will not find a better HVAC company in Tulsa.
Air masters installed two new air conditioners and furnaces for me. They did an excellent job on the installation. I couldn't be happier.

Air Masters, Local and smaller business run correctly. Friendly, fast and efficient. Toni in the office, easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Tim in the field always on time and able to speak to me with a non HVAC vocabulary.
Have been trying to get service for our apartment complex since last August. Here we are now almost in July and still can't get any service. Have called and scheduled multiple appointments and nobody ever shows up. If you have any kind of complicated problem do not expect to ever receive any help from Air Masters. I've called 4 times today and had to leave 2 voicemails and still haven't heard back. The reality of the situation is that they have plenty of work and don't need your business. And they will absolutely make that clear to you from the first second you speak to the front desk lady.
I have had Air Masters service our 5 locations around Tulsa since 2013. They have done an excellent job, and are always quick to get out. I would recommend them for residential or commercial needs.
They were suppose to come out between 9-11 for out fall service on our units and at 1115 we called them. They "forgot" and are overbooked today so they have to reschedule us. We booked this appt a week ago, so it's not like we sprung it on them. They have "over booked" their service guys way too many times and have had to reschedule us THREE times and one time rescheduled our appt without even letting us know. We like Tim our service guy and he always does a great job, but we're not willing to put up with constant rescheduling and they don't even seem like they care.
