Just got my AC serviced. Ace did a great job. They are always very friendly and efficient. I have had a few different techs service my unit. They always let me know what needs to be fixed and what I can wait on. Thanks Thomas.

Thomas serviced my A/C thoroughly and efficiently, as he always does. Then I decided to replace the HVAC system. Paul helped me pick a system and Josh and Tyler installed A/C, furnace and thermostat within a couple of days, reviewed everything with me, answered my questions, cleaned up, were kind, patient and helpful. Very timely and efficient. Explained the service details. Will continue to use them for the maintence of our A/C. Update!!! Had them replace HVAC unit on 12/29/2022. They are very reliable and friendly. Not had a problem with them on anything relating to our heating and cooling needs.

I recently used Ace Air Inc for a routine maintenance visit and was extremely impressed with the service I received. The technician, Tomas Bishop arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He thoroughly inspected my heating and air system, made some adjustments, and answered all of my questions. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician even took the time to explain how to properly maintain my system to keep it running smoothly. I would highly recommend Ace Air Inc to anyone in need of heating and air services.

Service was great!! They were at my house the same day I called. Found the problem and fixed it quickly. Air was back on and house cooled back down. I also signed up to have my heater checked for winter. They called, scheduled the appointment and were here exactly when they said would be. They checked everything and cleaned the complete area where the unit is housed. I am a very happy customer and will always call Ace Air for all my heat and air needs!!!
The staff in the office were very helpful and courteous. The appointment was set up and I didn’t have a long wait like I thought I would. The technicians came out on time and very professional. Took care of the problem and cleaned up behind themself. They then explained the problem to me and went back to work.
