Dustin was very polite & efficient and had my drain cleared in only about 10 minutes. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5, is they charge by the service instead of by the hour. I asked if it would cost extra to put my toilet back in place, (I have a broken shoulder that is still healing and I had really struggled to get the toilet off by myself) so he let me know that yes, it would cost extra. It would have taken my bill from $209 to around $500. I paid the $209, and and was blessed to have my brother come over & set the toilet back for me. Overall, I was satisfied with the service I got.
Although I didn’t get my water heater repaired today I appreciate all the ways Trey helped in solving my problem. He was patient and gave me options. It being a Saturday he was willing to do whatever it took to make sure I was satisfied before leaving
Thank you for coming out so quickly, to fix toilet issue, as I was about to go on vacation and had family in my home to house sit. You made their life much easier.

Excellent company and technicians. I highly recommend. My preferred plumber doesn’t do hydro jetting so they referred us to Torch. Very happy with all aspects of the service we received.
We were very pleased with the service from TORCH. Dellen Ringquist, the service man was very knowledgeable and showed us the problem and explained what needed to be done. He did an excellent job and we would highly recommend him and this company!!
Got there same day and quickly installed my new garbage disposal. Also fixed some poor pipe work while they were there.

Thank You Torch Services for the Speedy Responses to my Plumbering need. This was the fastest service I have ever had with a plumbering company. My Drain Tub was leaking and caused my roof to fall. They came in less than no time to fix it at a discent price.
Rickey was kind and effective. He quickly fixed our main line clog and stayed around to ensure everything stayed fixed while we tested everything. Compared to other services, Torch provided me an estimate for fix before repairs and was more affordable than others locally who had provided estimates!
Mr Trey really did a great job answering all my questions and being fair the entire time. Well worth supporting a local business! 10/10

Very fast to respond. Great looking repair to pex tubing that had pin hole leak.
Dustin was great, friendly, he made sure we knew exactly what the problem was and the cost to fix. I like that a picture and information is sent out to you before the tech comes to your home, were you have an idea who to look for. Great company.
David was very professional and pleasant to deal with. He explained what he would be doing to make sure our AC system was ready for the summer and then did it. Very pleased with the service and our experiences with Torch Service Company!
On Sunday evening we discovered our AC was not cooling the house like it should. We booked an appt through their website for Tuesday 4:00-6:00. Received a call to confirm the appt on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon I Received a call that they finished a job early and could fit me in that day, which was a blessing. At this point the house was 80 degrees. David Yeager was great! The job was finished in less than 45mins - including a trip to town to get a replacement part!
Everything from the first phone call to the actual service was very professional. Communication was great too. Would definitely recommend for any drain cleaning people need.
UPDATE 6/23 - We used Torch again. Trey came out and was very friendly and helped us out with repairing a leak under our kitchen sink. The best plumbing company we have found in Tulsa. Great customer service and quick response time. .... My boyfriend and I called Torch to do some plumbing repairs and maintenance for an older home we had just purchased. They were able to come out and complete the work the same week. Professional and friendly. They did great work!
My neighbor recommended Torc when I thought I had a water leak. I was impressed with their communication and professionalism. I own several properties and will call them with my future needs.
